Stacey is absolutely amazing! We have her come by to check on our cats when we're away, she is always so accomadating, our girls and our fosters just adore her! We always receive updates and pictures. Stacey is very observant of your fur baby and will notify you right away if she has any concern. I have the most respect for Stacey for helping me groom my dog into the BEST little worker. She helped me understand a lot about training and my dog. I reached out to Confidentk9z back in June when my dog was experiencing reactivity and fear issues following multiple unprovoked dog attacks. My dog already had a strong obedience foundation, but despite my efforts I was unable to solve or help him work through his fear, and as such his reactivity towards other dogs started and quickly worsened. During our first lesson, Stacey was able to explain clearly what her plan was to help solve his issues and change his mindset about other dogs. She showed me how I was inadvertently making his problems worse. She gave me the tools to be able to read his body language, create space, how to advocate for him, and when to reward proper behaviour. In just 3 sessions we accomplished what I had been trying to fix for a few months, and I was given lifelong knowledge on how to maintain his behaviour.  The results speak for themselves, and my dog is back to his neutral self; I don't have to worry about him reacting no matter how close other dogs get or the environment, and I often get compliments on our outings about his behaviour. I am very thankful for all of her help, and can honestly say that our bond has grown stronger under her guidance. She is a natural around dogs and is able to give excellent explanations to the human, a rarity with the trainers that I have attended classes under.
