The new security measures makes it annoying to get in especially in the winter months

I only give that rating for 2 of the Nicest people and Officer of Probation & Parole Thank You OFFICER....McCrea and OFFICER....McCloud

The gentleman that sits at the front desk is consistently on his iPhone, while it says in the waiting room “No Cell Phones”. When I choose to ignore the signs and use my cell phone (like he is) he tapped on the glass and pointed to the sign. I then pointed to him and he said “You aren’t allowed to point, and which way is the sign pointing”. This is to imply that because he is on the other sign of the glass he can and will break the rules set forth for everyone. I was not even there for an appointment, but as a support person. People complain all the time by the way they are treated at probation, parole, and official places where the employees know they are criminals and get treated unfairly for no reason, but when someone without a criminal record goes to these places, get better treatment.....People should be treated the same, and the employees need to get checked in to the rule book, they are not better than anyone else!

Stacey is my probation officer in Ottawa courthouse and I think she is super nice respectful and awesome !
