Dr Friedman is the best doctor ever. He's always so kind and is funny besides being a fantastic doctor. Has always healed me when I was sick and been there in time of need. He's also a doctor who doesn't judge you on anything that you might want to ask about or are having problems with. I went to this clinic just for him. Never a long waiting time very quick in and out.

I have been a patient of this clinic since 2017.My family doctor, Dr Laplante is always there for me, he always listens me and proposes solutions either through the phone or in person. Excellent doctor!I have been also seen from other doctors there like Dr Bazo, Dr Trottier and others and all of them are very professional!A big thank you to all the nurses too that talk nicely and have a positive and welcoming attitude!A big big thank you to the nurse with the name Camille who is a great person in the healthcare system and a big asset of this clinic. She was there to listen to me and went above and beyond to support me on an emergency that I had the other day.I am reading the comments and I am a bit surprised! Yes you might wait on the phone to talk with the reception sometimes for more than 10 minutes but dont forget that this is a downtown clinic and its really busy! Reception people have always been nice to me, never had a rude moment so well done to them too.

Never coming back to this clinic again! The worst and longest waiting experience ever! Yesterday I had to wait 3hrs plus for all the required test. Didn't wait for the last required test. Back again today for a test and it’s already 2hrs of waiting! Paid for parking about 20$ cause of this clinic. The receptionist not much of a big help. They told me to be here before 10 and I did. The receptionist also said just to give my name and they’ll take me in but they didnt. When I got in lots of people were already seating down. Terrible.

Tried to call them on multiple occasions but no reply at all....!!! I was waiting for more than 30 minutes and no one replies :( I am giving one star only because you have to give one.

My first and last visit was on March 9 2018. The staff were nice and courteous but the Dr was a nightmare. Dr. Milne was rude and unwilling to listen. I waited 40 min for my apt, was in the office for 4 min and she accused me of wasting 15 min of her time because i didnt agree with her medication suggestion. She cursed at me multiple times and did not seem to be in control. It was our first meeting and our last. I dont know if i caught her on a bad day but it really felt like she was having an episode of some sort and i was unlucky enough to be a witness to it. I agreed to follow her ideas only to make a quick exit from her office. I even made another apt at her suggestion because i really felt like if i didnt there would have been a scene. Cancelling it. There is no way im going back.

Very fast, effective and competent. Dr. Poulin is very knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the staff (reception and nurses) really treated me with care and respect!

I was at this place recently. The place was good and the reception was great. No complaints at all. When Dr Bazzo called me in to his office, he was the rudest doctor I've ever had. He literally used the F word on me a few times and did not respect some of my personal health decisions. We proceeded to make some swabs and he was so rough with it that it hurt. I asked him if I could get my results emailed to me and he just said no

A Very rude gravel voiced unilingual and extremely condescending receptionist.She could not follow to change my email address and failed at several attempts to get it right, So now, there is no email address. Just hung up telephone on me and refuses to answer. The choice of English or French in this case is pointless. Avoid.

A place to avoid. The staff is unbelievably impolite... I don't see why people should waste their time and energy in such a place where the staff don't have a minimum of consideration and respect for the patients. I don't recommend at all.

They book many appointments at the same time so be prepared to wait hours even with an appointment. My doctor was great but retired and the clinic never told me. They said they would call me back to figure something out but they never did and haven't answered my many phone calls.
