No one works at the back, so if you want to buy a bike. Every cashier is so rude about the deals; and then expect you to go grab the sales tag yourself.Fair is fair though, the people who work in the auto parts department are pretty good. They don't hate that you're in the store compared to all the rest of the people who work there

Don't buy a bike from this place! Horrible service! First, they never called for me to pick up my bike once it was finished and ready for pickup. I had to call in. Then, the bike itself wasn't assembled very well when riding. Then, I had to bring the bike back for repairs. No updates, rude communication whenever I inquire about it. Now they pretty much had my bike longer than I even had procession of the bike. Horrible experience! Save yourselves the money and headaches and buy your bike from people who treats their customers with respect!

Very happy with my experience at the auto centre today. I had been recommended to get a wheel alignment. When I went to pick up, the super friendly mechanic Cole told me that not only did I not need an alignment, he also noted that my heat shield had come loose and he bolted it up for me. I thought it was going to be an expensive bill but it was the opposite. Extremely thankful to Cole for all his help, as well as Lyle who is always welcoming and friendly when I need to bring my car in. Big thanks!

They have a lot of different departments and very organised. The only thing was that I was looking for couple of specific stuff like small cheap salt and pepper shakers but nothing under 20. The crock stopper ..no... The lady helping us to find some and in the computer she found a set but then on shelves there wasn't any available. All of the other departments were great.

Great place to shop, their inventories seems to get more accurate now. I usually couldn't believe the original price, some products are not that great in quality. I love the points though.I assume Canadian Tire is still a Canadian company..

This location is a straight joke. We bought a carpet cleaner and go home to use it and open up the package. It looked like it was really used for a while. My kid is allergic to dog hair and it was filled with dog hair. I go to see the manager(Austin) and he was of no use just told me he would exchange it and without an apology. Worse customer experience ever. While I was getting the exchange so many other customers came in with issues of quality control and missing items.

Looked on website for air purifier for the car. I live in the western most part of the city, but the only location that said there was stock was Deerfoot City location in aisle 3. Once I got there I located aisle 3 immediately and found that the stock wasn’t on shelf so I asked an associate. They told me that they just had received the stock and that they would go find the product for me. I waited for about an hour and still nobody brought out the item, so I asked another associate and he just said that they wouldn’t be able to help me as the stock was too hard to find.After driving 25km to be told that they are simply too lazy to look for the stock was insulting after patiently waiting an hour.Don’t trust that they will find your product when the website tells you they have it. Waste of time and gas for myself, and very unprofessional look for the company.

This is a large Canadian Tire situated in the awesome Deerfoot City Shopping Centre.There's plenty of parking dedicated to this Canadian Tire. The store has an amazing selection of goods. Often times, when I'm in need of a particular item, ie. Microwave fuses or LED Lights, I find exactly what I'm looking for here!My favorite shopping experience includes the seasonal section as Canadian Tire carries Christmas and Halloween decor not found anywhere else.The toy area is also very well-equipped and will satisfy most gift giving needs.The clearance selection is awesome and I must admit that I have found some very cool items here that for the price, felt like they were given to me. Such great deals!I have also ordered online for in-store pick-up which was very easy as they have a separate entry on the right end of the building.I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to shop at this Canadian Tire.

The wheels are on I guess. The bare minimum.We made an appointment for a Friday evening to have our all seasons put on our rims. We got a call 45 minutes before our appointment saying they were cancelling it because a guy didn't come in so they'd take us Sunday. So we had to take the wheels back to storage because no one wants to breathe hot rubber that's been sitting in a car for days. And then we had to go get them back out of storage on Sunday.We arrived on time and confirmed the service would be finished within an hour and a half, so we stuck around the area and killed time, grabbed a snack. The usual. We came back at the end of the expected time and waited. And waited. Finally got up to go ask someone how much longer we'd be waiting.And we had to wait, despite being the only people at the counter, for fifteen minutes before anyone bothered to come speak to us.Two and a half hours, a full hour beyond their window we'd confirmed when we dropped off the car, it was finally done. And they had the audacity to tack on extra fees (which we were not quoted for despite explicitly asking for the total, full cost to have the tires done, before GST of course).No apologies. No updates until we stood there and forced them to give them to us.I wouldn't call it a service center, that's for sure, because service is one of the key components lacking here.
