I would not recommend it to anyone who is of colour.I had a terrible experience at drums and flats. On Sunday early afternoon during their peak time, I have specifically ordered flats, but the server brought me all drums. When I told him that I had ordered flats, he informed me that they were out of flats (how can you be out of flats during your peak time? Why are you called drums and flats then?). He also refused to take back the wings that were brought to me by mistake to make matters worse (if you are really out of flats, why did you assume that I will be ok with drums? Why me as a customer was not informed and offered an opportunity to chose something else to my liking?). My friend, who is not Asian had his order messed up as well, however, unlike myself he received an appeal and a replacement for his messed up order, and was even given the replacement on the house. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this establishment.

Drums N Flats
We came for lunch on a Friday. The place wasn't busy and we sat in a booth. Our order was promptly made and food was pretty good (I would have given them 5 stars if my burger was burnt too much for my taste). The portions are very decent and the poutine was very good. We also had dessert that was split between the 3 of us. Overall it was a very good experience.

Great time at Drums & Flats. Kurt was an awesome Bartender and the live music was excellent.If you are looking to get out and enjoy great live bands in a friendly atmosphere then Drums & Flats has you covered.

The service was friendly and efficient. The food was over cooked and extremely salty. The tables on the patio were wobbly and need to be replaced. Very limited beer choice on tap and we’re sold out of Molson Canadian (my least likely choice of beer). Over all a good dinning experience with sub par food.

You can expect to have a good time here as they often have live performers. I caught a Led Zeppelin tribute performance here which was really good so maybe keep an eye out for your type of music.Just tame your expectations on the food. It’s your standard bar food, the wings are a bit dry and overcooked and the pizza was decent enough to much on while you enjoy the music. I probably won’t visit again just for the food.The service is perfect as they’re really attentive with the tables.

I can appreciate a Saturday night is busy but when your online ordering system is shut down and no one picks up the phone (I called 4 times) I had to take my takeout order elsewhere. A shame because the wings are good. Dined in at the patio last week and the drinks weren’t that strong but the fries were good.

Got take out. Wings were good. But…Fries: didn’t give ketchupSweet potato fries: sauce tastes like pumpkin spice and is gross.Dip for veggies and 4 pounds of wings: didn’t ask what I wanted and gave 4 dill sauces when blue cheese was an option. Thanks for giving me sauce I didn’t want.Details REALLY matter with food and you should have better focus to present all the options to the customer.

This place is having pretty nice appearance of street view. Seating arrangements are having less space and hygiene factor is another issue. Flies were there inside the bar. Worst veggie wings.. NOTE: do not try at all wasted money. Jalapeño poppers were really good. Veggie nachos were decent. They have pretty less options for beers. Only One time visit recommended.

Surprisingly fantastic!The wings were well cooked and evenly coated. The flavour was very good and the server recommendation was on point.I will say though, “insane hear that will blow your face off” very very misleading as the spice level was very low! I wanted a spicy wing, there’s still no match for wingporium or Duffs heat…my search continues
