EMCO Ottawa

Previously had a bad experience at the Orleans location but they made it up big for me at the new location. I was looking for a cartridge for a faucet without a name. Jean-Michel was a legend and identified it for me and saved me from having to change the whole faucet.

No one answers the phone.

Richard and JM were amazing to deal with. Went totally above and beyond with an extremely helpful attitude. First time using them but I will be back.

The EMCO Ottawa new location is great. Friendly staff and knowledgeable service in the EMCO express location. I highly reccomend them for your plumbing needs. If you are a business or a customer, you will find the advice and products you require!

After trying the big box stores . Got knowledgeable help and the right part to fix my should have been an easy job.

I just got back home from a 5 week vacation and noticed that one of my ceiling tiles in the basement was wet when I was using the kitchen sink. I went on a search to try and find a 2 inch copper pipe to replace the 4 foot length.I arrived at EMCO and spoke to JM and Yvon and they had a quick, cheap and permanent solution for me. They gave me great advice and even supplied me with a free length of ABS pipe so I could make the repair.These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and a small business. From now on, I'll go here rather than the big box stores for all my plumbing needs.Thanks again Yvon and JM for all the help!
