Terrible place they're into making themselves rich and wasting everyone else's time don't waste your time or your money

Scam . Better cars are sold without auction ,between employees and friends. Only junk staying to be auctioned.If management want proof can easily provide evidence.My insurance salveged my car , so i wanted to buy it back but was sold without being on auction

What kind of scam is this yellow safety vest orange safety vest. They use to lend you a safety vest in return of your id now they have come up with a way to rip you off. Highest auctions fees compare to any other auction. The most unprofessional staff you have to sign in on a app to see a customer service representative when there is no line up no ones waiting. Guess what the app tells you when you sign in to enter without a line up there is a 18 minute wait how ridiculous these guys are only in business bcuz they have deep pockets and they are bullies no customer service management is unprofessional the horrible reviews keep getting worse they don't care. Beware before you purchase something here a lot of shady business going on.

My first time doing anything with Copart. While it is a great learning experience for me, I will say the following for those considering buying cars through Copart.1. Remember it is as it is" basis.2. Try to view the car and start the engine if possible. There may be some other issues that came up with the car by just sitting for long at those locations.3. Be aware of all charges after the auction.4. You can actually buy very good cars here with little spend.So goodluck guys..."

Don't! Just don't deal with these thieves. They should be shut down for stealing. If we had a government that cares about it's people these guys wouldn't be in business. Ill be filing complaintsat every organization possible about this operation.

Won a car that was listed as alberta active turns out its a rebuilt title only option was give them the car back at a loss Are potentially get something? If I sell a car there.very unprofessional unfortunately this has happened before let's get it together over there head office nice staff all round there including management and the lady's at front desk overall the staff is great over at copart edmonton but corporate needs to get it together

This is the second car I bought from Copart and my experience has been worse and worse every time. I came to look at a car 2 times and the damage was from the front and back. I ended up buying the car and 2 days later I came to pick is up. When they loaded it up on the trailer I saw that the passenger side fender and mirror were damaged. This damage was done within the 2 days it was at Copart. They had scraped the passenger side fender and mirror that I have to now replace. Images shown below is what was posted on Copart and the picture I took on my trailer outside when strapping the car down.Edit: Manger asked for more pictures but never contacted me after that. He said I should have talked to him before leaving, but that's not the issue. If a buyer hiers someone else to pick up the vehicle the blame would be on the driver for the extra damages to the car and Copart will never take the blame.

The Yamaha motorcycle I purchased got non reported damage on engine. Damage $ 900.00

1- First car I ever bought was from here.Photos in App showed no damage at all, when I went to pick it up I notice a hit in the front bumper. Likely from their loader.I reach out to the manager, Vincent at the time. He went out there and tried to fix it but the bumper had a crack.In the end he offered to refund me for it if I chose to. I ended up taking it and replacing the whole bumper but that was my choice, they were willing to work with me and that’s enough.great manager and staff from my personal experience, the ladies that works at the office have a welcoming and great attitude.2- be aware of thift cars! Most of them that comes from out of province STILL has the theft flag and you won’t be able to get any registration documents and you’ll have to wait for couple of weeks for Copart to sort it out with the insurance.Had it 3 times before.3- BEWARE OF SCAMS, there is alot of duct tape and skitchy stuff going on to make cars look decent. cars with no keys usually mean more problems than just a key, I bought a 2019 Honda that says NORMAL WEAR and turned out to be a broken transmission. Thus do your FULL homework before purchasing because baby if you win it’s yours no matter what excuse you come up with. Go see the car in person otherwise you are gambling.Feedback to Copart:the title of the car/theft flag should always be checked out before listing vehicles for sale.Some of us on a tight budget and simply can’t afford to have our money freezed for weeks and months.Also, it would be nice if buyers have access to the Carfax report that you require from sellers on every lot you list on Copart.
