Purolator

First time going to the Depot to pick up my package and they were so patient and they also checked when the trucks were arriving like every five minutes for me , to see if my package was even in there

They never deliver the product, they let you go pick it up from the shipping company every time, even though I was home at the time of the delivery I didn’t get a call. They just sent me a message saying missed delivery.

Do not ship with this company if you expect them to even attempt delivering to your apartment building. Twice now within a week a next day delivery item has changed status to Attempted delivery - receiver unavailable". This is despite ensuring the buzzer number is on the delivery

I ordered sometning and it was shipped through Purolator, i’ve been checking the shipment updates since it’s shipped and it’s been a fast process but my package was supposed to arrive today, it’s been out for delivery since 9:00am, i’ve been waiting all day and checked the status multiple times, even waiting by my door for the item, instead at 5:00pm the driver decided to not knock, not call but instead to just leave a note saying attempted delivery and that i have to go pick up my package at a later date?? That doesn’t make sense, why didn’t the driver call or knock? How was I suppose to know they “attempted” to deliver my package. I don’t know this just is infuriating as i’ve been waiting and checking the updates all day.

It took one week for me to receive an item from Cameron Ontario to Ilderton Ontario which was roughly 350 km and somewhere along the way it got lost. It was a 60 lb exhaust manifold for a boat.

No call or text or email before attempting a delivery, just knocked and went away with a notice to pick parcel from remote location outside London. Imagine being a 2.6 billion dollar company and giving this kind of service.

They left a door knocker Tuesday saying pickup Wednesday at Wellington location - I spent $25 on shipping - I go to Wellington and told its at Cuddy Ct. I explain the urgency of this package needing to be delivered Thursday - I am assured it will be & now being told it’s delayed due to a sorting error & I cannot reach anyone at Purolator or Cuddy Court. I am livid. When you pay $25 for a $30 parcel it shouldn’t be this circus.

have to agree with all the above. did one order 2 delivery tracking numbers. first package arrived speedy no problem. 2nd package could not find the same address and needed extra info. the chatbot is useless and trying to talk to a person made me wait on the phone in access of 40 minutes so I gave up.I was supposed to receive this package from FIDO. I will let the know not to use purcolator.

Everytime I order anything, and it is through Purolator. I feel so bad. It's not because i don't want the delivery but because everytime they have the same excuse. I live in an apartment building, today i was at home all day, and at 4:36 pm i received a message that we tried to contact but you missed a delivery. Everytime this is the message i have received. And when i try to call customer care, that's worse, 1st nobody answers the phone, and 2 when they do, they just hung up. I have wasted 4:36 pm till 6:16pm and still kn call for the third time waiting and expecting that someone would help me out. I don't mind driving around the city to pick up mu package, but exactly if it is supposed to be delivered, everyone is at home, and still we missed the delivery that is so overwhelming for the people who are expecting the present and eagerly waiting for it. Every time when it's being delivered through purolor disappointment is there. Not once, never have i ever had a better experience with Purolator. Watching your family cry because they have to wait a whole day to receive the surprise they bave been waiting makes you a Little upset too.

I always end up just driving across town to get my packages when they're supposed to be delivered by Purolator. This time I figured I'd get out in front whatever reason they might have to not deliver my package and put a sign down at the door Purolator delivery to (my unit number)? Call (my buzzer number)". But nope
