Alex is a very helpful and kind person to work with for any pain or injury. He is considerate and takes the time to help you heal in the appropriate way. He has help me multiple times with injuries and made me better.

Alex was awesome to work with. He always made sure that I was comfortable with the exercises as well as completing them properly. I worked with him and his staff for a number of weeks, they were personable and ensured that I was able to do the actions necessary to return to my job safely! I would highly recommend!

Alex is an amazing physiotherapist, bringing my nerve damaged legs and atrophied core on the way back to recovery. Having a mobile physiotherapist has made all the difference, I simply was in no shape in the early days to be able to travel to a clinic. He is constantly challenging me to add manageable new exercises, keeps me on track, has a positive attitude and knows what he's doing. I have made unbelievable progress under his guidance. You can't ask for more.

I've been treated for elbow and back issues at Town and Country Physiotherapy. Alex is very knowledgeable; a practitioner of many techniques, as witnessed by all his certificates on the waiting room wall! If something doesn't work, he draws on his knowledge and experience to find something else that does. He's also personable and communicates well. His assistant Jane is friendly and efficient.

I had nerve and muscle atrophy in my legs, Alex showed me exercises to help both my nerves and strengthen and engage my dead muscles. from not walking properly to on the way to normality in a well prescribed routine of nerve flossing , work outs and use of his vast knowledge of how hard to push myself on the right way not to make things worse. highly recommend his services. also while under his care you can use his gym any time free.

Alex is definitely the Physiotherapist you want to see if you have an injury. I was treated very professionally and with complete thoroughness. The office is following all covid precautions, keeping appointments to a minimum, hand sanitizers at the main entrance and self distancing when able. My work safe case was handled easily and efficiently. I will see Alex again, for sure. L.R

There are not enough words to describe Alex amazing skills. He has healed me through countless injuries. Knees, hand, back, neck, concussion. He is so caring and knowledgeable. He has a way of making you feel safe, comfortable and gives you hope that you’ll recover specially when my anxiety was so high and I was quite down. Best human being and the worlds greatest physio. I wish others where more like him. He doesn’t just see you for 15 minutes and say you are done. He actually takes the time to ensure he treats you to the best of his abilities. And Jane, well what can I say. Such a caring and happy smiling face always happy to do whatever you need to get you in. Just a phenomenal pairing and outstanding customer service. You will not find a better physio I promise you this much. I’m so great full for all his care and for helping me heal and get back to my life.
