Niagara Falls Air Tours

Despite the negative reviews we loved this plane tour. No issues, we arrived early for our flight time and our plane landed at our time with the customers before us. Few minutes later we board. Ian was a nice guy, making conversation with us and our son while we waited for our flight. The pilot was just awesome. The flight was mostly smooth and the views spectacular. The whole experience was well worth it for us. We'd do it again, but first we'll do the helicopter tour next.

Ian was the best when the weather was bad he made sure we had arrangements and bumped us up time wise but mother nature had something different but we were able to get it done the next day . The pilot was great and will recommend this anytime. Views were spectacular no bad seats since it was only 2 of us

This was a birthday surprise for my partner and i wanted it to be as great and special as possible but it ended up being a letdown and infact a surprise for me. The moment we reached there our captain was waiting for us with a face to deny us for the flight. He made the other group kept waiting for so long only to finally go there and tell them they have 2 choice either book another day or full refund. I figured out ours was going to be the same but was waiting for him to come by and tell me. Our flight was at 12:30PM we arrived there about 12:00PM and were offered the wine and chocolate package by our pilot. He told us the flight would be cancelled because the fuel truck has some issues and plane has no fuel. He started giving us options to check out other tour providers as if he was working for them and not his employeer. Our pilot’s name was RON and he legit didn’t seem interested in flying anyone at all. After successfully declining two groups including us he was relaxing there on the couch and having fruits and watching videos on tablet. He continuesly kept giving options for helicopter tour or tour from Toronto and other tour companies 10kms away. We even were ready to wait and were waiting but this guy wouldn’t stop from advising us to take a refund and book somewhere else. Very bad experience and would advise anyone booking to not book this particular tour at all if you guys want to save money and hustle to go there and get declined by the pilot. However, Ian was very professional and did refunded the money instantly but I feel sorry for him too for having such lazy staff who’ll just take him to losses. I’ve had my worst experience and writing this review to save you from experiencing it. Choice is yours

Ian’s sense of humour was amazing. Had many laughs as he also explained what we were to expect on the ride as well as some safety guidelines. Took myboyfriend on this excursion as a surprise birthday trip and he was so happy. We had never done this before but I highly recommend! Views are amazing.

Wow what a wonderful adventure this was!We got there early and greeted by Ian. He shared everything everything we were doing that morning, historical facts and a timeline of how long everything would take. He was excellent in communicating everything. Drinks and chocolate were complimentary.Our pilot, Eddy, was great in getting us seated, plane itself was in great condition, nice seats, working headsets so you can talk to your friend on a private frequency and a audio guide to hear what you were seeing. And talk about smooth landing!This review is written in DEC 2022 But in summer time with fuller trees and colour would even look more beautiful!Tips:- get there early- bring a camera- Dress warm- try Groupon for discounts

We had a fantastic time and the pilot is amazing! We got there early and they were able to explain what we'd be seeing, giving more context to the audio recording. We had such a fun time and it was just the two of us, no bad seats! Even came with a bottle of sparkling and some great chocolate to pair. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the Niagara area. We recommend booking at the beginning of your trip in case weather doesn't behave like it did for us. They had great communication getting us rebooked each day after a rainy forecast.

This was so much fun! Our pilot and Ian were amazing. Ian was so welcoming, took a lot of pictures for us and helped us in and out of the plane. The views are Breathtaking and amazing! The audio was detailed and informative. Definitely worth doing!!!

Amazing experience, excellent customer service!We had to reschedule our flight few times due to covid restrictions and weather conditions. Ian was very helpful and flexible. We finally experienced the flight few days ago, and it was an amazing experience! Ian and the pilot made it a special afternoon for my wife and I. The views were spectacular and take-off and landing was smooth. Highly recommended.

The flight was amazing, pilot was fantastic. However we booked online to show up and be told that weather wasn’t suitable, which is understandable but that should have been told to us before we arrived. We got a package that should have included chocolates, a wine tour and a chocolate making tour. The flight got moved to the time of the wine tour and Ian had no plans of changing it or reimbursing us. He made no attempt to compensate us for the time wasted or the missed event.Super unprofessional, I read all the reviews now and I know what everyone is talking about. The cost versus the headache is absolutely not worth it.Loved the flight but I do feel ripped off. It was very poorly organized. Only saving grace was how spectacular the views are. I’m shocked that this place is still in business, the website is so deceiving compared to what is offered.
