CPOS

Had fraudulent charges ran on my account with these guys 2 months in a row. They keep saying they are waiting on elavon for a refund though elavon has stated it is not coming from them. It's been 3 months and they withdrew 1500 from my account. Don't use these guys

Just sending a big Thank you to CPOS and I am grateful to you for high quality of service and it is easy to see how much you care about your customers. It is a very good feeling knowing that there are caring capable workers like Harneeth Singh and I greatly appreciate his hard work, Patience, professionalism, and taking his time for sharing his experience. His teaching method is so friendly, outstanding and amazing. It is so easy to understand what he is teaching.

If it happend only once you can sa things happens or it was a coincidence, BUT, if it is happening over and over then this is poor, unreliable, horrible practice!!!We left CPOS because of the HORRIBLE customer service (that should not be called service at all) we received and non-fulfillment of their promises and duties.My Drivers were not paid on time, funds were lost, and even when I had accounts closed and POS machine sent back to CPOS, CPOS kept charging my drivers withdrawing funds from their account this happend with more than one car!From the referral fees we were supposed to receive we got only a couple months I guess the rest CPOS decided to keep for themselves.After months of frustration they lost our account and the 30ish accounts they had with our drivers we had. We were with them for a couple of year.I will never recommend CPOS and when asked in my industry I will ensure that I pass my unpleasant experience and how frustrated I was and am being ignored by their representatives and team.

Dealing with Ross has been great. He is fast responding and has been very helpful making the process of switching POS systems!

I regret letting their sales guy talk me into getting their services, they don't have the printer or the scale that is compatible with their POS system. They signed my business up for service in November 2022 and started taking money out my business account but didn't set up the service. I have not been able to use their POS but they continue to withdraw money out of my account. It took them 5 months to finally close my account after they realized they can't provide the equipment my business needs, but have not refunded the payments. Customer service is unsatisfactory, their employees don't reply back to emails in a timely manner and they continue to forward my emails to different people so that I get frustrated explaining to each person what I need. May be they think they can stop me from getting my refund by passing me around. DO NOT trust these fraudsters, don't give them your banking information. Moneris is the best company. Do not use CPOS and Elvon.

Excellent customer service provided very extremely explanatory on information of products rendered for their clients who run businesses I would recommend to anybody out there looking for an easily automated system to use to run their business smoothly 100% greatest thing that I've seen thus far

DON”T UESE THEM! HORRIBLE COMPANY!On October 25th of 2022 I closed my account with CPOS and Elavon and sent them back the POS machine, never the less they are still charging my account. This is the worst company ever! DON”T think about using their services! they will rip you off like they are ripping me. I sent them an email today that I demand they refund the money and ensure that this account is closed and will update here on line once they do!
