Color Me Mine - Uptown

My mom and I went here because I had a groupon, went went in the evening during the week and were the only ones there. The lady there was very helpful and clear with what the process was. I picked a fairly intricate piece and wasn’t able to finish that night. So they have you take the piece home and you can come back any time to finish it. There is no time restraint on you (I spent 8 hours total on my piece) and you can take it to any Color Me Mine location as long as you have your receipt. It also took less than a week for it to be glazed and fired and back in my hands as a finished product. It turned out amazing!

My friends and I have been there a total of three times. The first two times were lovely, we felt welcomed and had a great experience with the staff. Our third experience was absolutely terrible.The guy who was watching over the shop, middle age, half shaved head, greasy, patchy goatee and long chipped black nails had a complete attitude from the moment my friends and I walked into the shop. He regarded us coldly and talked to us like we were only annoying him.He gave us no introduction to the shop and was stomping around and rushing behind tables making not only us nervous. When I politely asked him to grab me a pallet of some kind he glared at me and said they were at the sink and made no attempt to get it for me, I had to get it myself. When it was time to close up he completely invaded our space, stomping up and aggressively turning the sign off as well as taking our painting supplies when we were still using them. I had to politely correct him when he tried to take my paint brush away to which no apology was supplied. It wasn't even closing yet.I honestly want to go back and finish my piece and never come back again.

Had an absolute blast painting some pottery. Went in for the Date Night. Well worth the $60 price. Painted two pieces, had some wine and Charcuterie. Dtaff was very helpfull.

Friendly and helpful team working there. They have alot of different good options for ceramic pieces.

I really enjoy this studio, the ladies here are very nice and everything is well organized. I frequent a couple Color Me Mines around the city, and I find the ceramic prices to be cheaper than the one in Symons Valley. Turn around firing time is approximately 5 days. I painted these elves for Christmas and recieved so many compliments.

With Good Earth Cafe next door you can relax and paint a portrait while enjoying a cappuccino. The staff is amazing and they will help you at any level you need. From beginner to expert, there is something for everyone. They also offer parties, discount days and students specials.

Had a great time here. Staff members are very friendly, only problem was after firing, the piece had multiple cracks/chips. (Photos before/after firing for reference)

Very cool place. I had my best time with my friends there. Staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a cafe attached to the studio and makes it so lovely to have a drink when painting. I would definitely go back.
