Quality Inn
We were very late to arrive at the hotel but the front desk receptionist Chloe and day manager went out of her/his way to accommodate us for few hours to get that much-needed rest after driving all night. This is our 6th trip to Quebec City. Our suite room was great with multiple beds and it was very clean and very spacious. Highly recommend!

A decent hotel, room was clean and of a good size. There was a bit of noise from the main road but I think that's because of the location of our room. Breakfast was adequate to start the day.

It was the first time for my family to travling to Quebec city, however I travel several times per year due to business for Quebec city, and I intended to have different hotel experience with family, though I chose to Quality Inn.As I see the most of the low ratings for this hotel are because of the receptionist, and I guess the lady is working at night shif ( Manon), but I don't understand if the hotel administration is thinking of having a good credit why keeping this lady on the front to represent the hotel!!She is way way far from being nice she tries to categorize the guests based on racial backgrounds, whoever with different colors he/she would be throwing to the worest room.If you ask, she will find some way to find an excuse, but she always gives you that feeling that it is because.My massege to the Manager/Owner:As my first time being in your hotel, and last time, if you are considering this hotel to be better in the future and having people come back to the hotel due to nice service and nice faces in their first impression, try to find somebody to replace Manon, she is not born to be receptionist.My biggest question is how she got this job in the first place !!!!

I visited this place with my friends, we had really amazing experiences. We loved their breakfast, it was short stay but I would definitely come back if I’ll be visiting Quebec again with my Family..❤️

The location of the hotel isn’t ideal but I got what I signed up for. My room was clean, tidy, & luxurious.What I was won over by, is the excellent service the front desk provided me. Chloe & Victoria are extremely helpful, especially for someone who doesn’t speak much french.I would highly recommend this location!
