If you don't think you need a Chiropractor you are probably wrong. I have been having mild back and neck issues for years.  My wife finally convinced me to go to Active family Chiropractic.  Dr O did a great job on my assessment and is managing my  ongoing  treatment.  I have already seen an improvement in my posture and neck movement after just a couple of sessions.  The office is super clean and the team is very accommodating and efficient.  Kudos!

From the front deck with Heather and Team to Dr. Ongko who truly shows care for ones wellbeing is the best. I have been having suffering issues with my back for years after an accident with no clear idea of the extent of my situation until the initial assessment. I’ve been a patient at the Active Family Chiropractic & Wellness Centre for the last 6 months. I can say that they truly care about their patients & prioritize their health and wellness. Always making sure that they are comfortable and taken care of! Via at reception is a gem & always there to help best assist all patients. They are very accommodating and flexible with appointments if you have a busy work schedule. Dr. AJ is amazing & is always available if you have any questions. I am currently 5 months pregnant and have been coming to Dr.Ongko throughout my pregnancy and actually started my treatments with him before I became pregnant. Dr.Ongko is very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive no matter what stage in life you are in! Throughout my pregnancy I have experienced round ligament pain and other aches that come along with this journey and Dr.Ongko has acknowledged my concerns and provided a treatment plan that was geared to me and very effective. Not to mention what a supportive and knowledgeable team he has who always makes you feel welcomed into the office. I look forward to continuing my treatment with him throughout my pregnancy and excited to be back in his office after delivery!

I’ve had the most amazing experience here! I didn’t expect to see the difference that I have in my energy levels, neck pain, posture and overall balance as I have within 2 months! Dr.Ongko is very efficient with his work and manages to see my progress in each visit and also knows when I have been neglecting my well-being. He continues to cheer me on to keep working hard and is a constant reminder that health is wealth! His team at the front of it all are just as welcoming, accommodating and prompt with meeting my needs, especially on those days I need a bit of flexibility in my appointment schedule. These guys honestly do some magic here and I’m glad I get to experience and benefit from this place!

I felt that my back got ruined from working with my home care client for 6 years since 2016. Always bending down, turning and changing him on my own without an adjustable bed; i would always have lower back pain that would not go away for days. Some of the fees were covered by my benefits anyways so I went and got checked.I was right, my spine was under a lot of stress and that was why I was feeling the lower back pain. After just two weeks of having spinal adjustments, my lower back pain went away. Even if I was doing consecutive night shifts at my new job, my back wasn’t hurting anymore.Everyone at the clinic was very nice, Dr. AJ was very knowledgeable and he focuses on your specific complaints while also helping correct your spine. All it takes is a little research and understanding the importance of what chiro does can help remove doubts and encourage people to feel better about their health. Very highly recommended. Would NOT recommend it. My back hurt a lot when I came in and first session they only did X-ray. Second session just to read the x ray report and try to sell me a package of the whole program which cost like $1500+, third session then adjustment. Even so, adjustment was 4 mins which is a complete useless for my low back which is IN PAIN! (Also, 4 mins cost you $52!!) I can’t believe I drove 40 mins round trip and had no help for this whatsoever. So glad I chose pay as you go, NEVER pay the entire session in one when you haven’t even tried their chiropractor service yet. Seems like a money grab instead of a clinic where they genuinely want to help people.

This would be my first experience with a chiropractor and the results have been very positive to say the least. Dr. Ongko and his staff have been amazingly helpful from day one. I have seen noticeable improvement to my spinal health and overall posture. Being someone who spends most of my time seated at a desk I always have had back problems but after a few months of going to Dr. Ongko for adjustments I now feel a lot better in almost every aspect of my life.I learned a lot about the importance of my spine and how it is deeply connected to many other parts of my body from my first consultation with Dr. Ongko. His staff at the front desk has also been absolutely amazing. I have a very busy and unpredictable schedule and they've been able to help me reschedule my appointments so many times I am not sure how they're able to do such an amazing job accommodating for me.If you still have any doubts about going to a chiropractor I hope this review helps alleviate some of those concerns. I make a 45 minute drive every time I go to Dr. Ongko's office for an adjustment and have been doing it for 3 months, it has been absolutely worth it for me.HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
