Oro Barber Shop

If I can give 0 Star I would anywayI used to recommend this place to people, but no longer do. I recently visited and had my hair cut by zeru and the haircut was excellent, but the owner rude to customers and staff. When I requested the use of the restroom, I was not allowed to use it. I asked the owner who was acting up, he replied we do not permit. Customers must always receive what they pay for and receive service, so washroom facilities should be provided. It was necessary for me to go to another store in order to use the restroom.

Kajela is one of the best barber in the town. I’ve Been getting haircut from him for the last 4 years and he never disappointed a single time. He Does a marvellous job on the Skin Fade and even the staff is super nice and friendly. Reasonable Prices and Great Service always.

I came here looking to have my beard trimmed, shaved and cleansed. What I expected was an average service that does not require a lot of skill, after all I only asked for my beard to be trimmed.What I received in return, was incompetence that led to razor bumps, redness and rash on my whole neck. The barber was not aware of how to perform his task, nor was he knowledgeable.Here is what I have noticed so far:1. The trimmer’s tension is messed up causing it to pull the hairs rather than cut it.2. The barber didn’t use any sort of lather/shave gel/moisture or heat on the neck before applying the strait razor. This can be done without repercussion on certain people, but most would get their skin irritated / get razor burn.3. The barber handling the strait razor didn’t handle it correctly causing him to cut/nick me.Furthermore, when using an electric shaver, you have to make sure that the hair you use them on are already cut as close as you can get them. Or else it will result in pulling the hair. Plus, the skin in the neck area is very sensitive. So if the correct steps aren’t taken, you’re bound to end up with irritated/cut skin like this.The barber clearly failed to follow up with these instructions and did not even apologize for his mistake at the end, I highly condemn this service and would not recommend this place of business to anyone else.

Went to another barbershop first and they wrecked my hair. Found this barbershop 2 doors down and they fixed my hair. Did a fantastic job! Really good customer service as well. Highly recommended!!

I am a woman of a certain age and sometimes get attitude when I walk into a barbershop to get my hair cut. My hair is shaved on the sides and a bit edgy. I made an appointment at Oro today and was grateful to get a spot on Canada day. The owner and the barber who cut my hair were kind prompt and professional. He cut my hair precisely to my specification. Thank you Oro. I will definitely be back.

They were professional and had a good haircut. Only thing was even though I had an appointment I had to wait for my turn. Other than that place was fine and they know what they do.
