I love this company!! Their products are so soft and so amazing, their prices are the best I've been able to find, and their shipping is fantastic. They recycle where they can, and while I am also in Alberta, every time I order I get my products the next day. Fantastic business I highly recommend.

Wow talk about customer service! Gail was wonderful to work with as I had some custom tables and the new protective covers wouldn't quite fit. They arrived and fit like a glove! Quick and great workmanship in her products.I couldn't recommend her highly⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can't say enough about Gail at Linens Etc! We have been using their face cradle covers and flannel sheets for some time, and really like their quality. We recently got new face cradle pillows for our massage tables, and they are not holding up well with the frequent sanitizing. I have been trying to find covers for them that we could sanitize, but was not having any luck. I reached out to Gail to see if Linens etc had any protective covers. She didn't, but offered to custom make me covers that would fit snuggly on the pillows that would withstand the frequent sanitation. These new pillows are also larger than our old ones, and the standard flannel face cradle covers do not fit will. She is also going to tailor these to better fit our new pillows! There's nothing like working with a small, local, independently owned business who truly cares about their customers! Thanks so much Gail!

Wonderful customer service! I needed a bigger sized face cradle cover and so Gail ended up sending me some samples to try out for size. Super quick delivery once I decided on the correct size. They are high quality and so far they've washed up beautifully and my clients are happy!
