I had really bad experience with the one store manager name Camilla but the assistant manager named debi handled my situation seriously. I got wax burns all over my both arms and face. I told Camilla I want my money back and then she said you have to come tomorrow to the store. Then I asked her if you will go somewhere to get the service, your arms will get burn, then if the resolution will be the same, how you will feel… She is not suppose to be the manager … poor managerI told her I want to talk to the owner because she was not listening my concern… Then she told me you cannot talk with the owner but debi did talk with the owner… I really recommend the owner to tell Camilla have some people skills so she can handle the situation wisely.

The ladies here always do my eyebrows, so nice and I’m never disappointing. Their customer service. Would definitely recommend going.

I hate to leave negative reviews on google but I felt it was necessary to warn others. I got my whole face waxed and got a good chunk of skin ripped off near my brow. The lady that did the waxing still made me pay full price and I didn’t argue because I felt awkward to say anything but now im nervous that the scarring wont go away. My advice if you go here is to stick to threading as waxing doesn’t seem to be their strong suit. I also had a friend get a permanent scar from waxing there. Be aware

Best place to get your eyebrows done. Still under 20$. Threading and waxing. The only downside is walking through the mall with a red eyebrow area and running into someone you know.

absolutely annoyed withy last visit. The lady completely ruined my eyebrows, both uneven and changed the shape of them. While doing this she kept saying how my eyebrows were soooo grown out….who says that?? Plus she asked me if I wanted an upper lip wax TWICE. Imy eyebrows are completely ruined. The employee who did this was named preeth. I had to pay full price for them to ruin my eyebrows. So dissapointed as I have been coming for years, and now I will not be going back.

Good service I been dealing with them for many years. Staff are very friendly and positive. Staff are very polite and good at double checking their work before you make your payment. I get my eyebrows done here and they did a very good job.

They used to be good but lately it's been terrible with service. the last two times I went, I had to go home and pluck more to shape my eyebrows better. I usually never write bad reviews but it's happened twice, I asked for waxing and finish with threading as it gives a better shape and less pain but she refused to do it saying that she prefers to pluck, both times I had to come home and pluck more for that clean shape and trim it. waste of money.

No fuss no muss place to get your brows done. Love that I can walk in and usually get seen shortly after. The aloe gel smelled really nice too.

Super disappointed with my experience with Camilla, the manager. I had booked an appointment over the phone for a wax, and upon arrival Camilla would not honour my scheduled appointment time, stating that they do not take appointments, and that I would have to wait in line behind 7+ other people. I purposely booked an appointment as I had already come into the store twice earlier this week, and both times they were too busy. Camilla did not apologize for the inconvenience, or seem to care that an employee had booked me an appointment even though that is apparently against their policy. 0 Stars.
