This is for The Blue Willow Variety location of Pro Passport on upper james, rude service, bad photo, sent my son in to get passport photo and the guy only gave a email no print copy, went back in store with my son and said we need a passport photo, digital is not acceptable for passport canada. Was told need to pay again. I would rather pay extra and have a good photo take somewhere else then give these people even 0.01 cents of my hard earned money. Worst customer service , seek better service and better photo any place but here

i never came back i take photo for PR card after 3 month they say my photo not right the form .i came there to ask him about it but he say you dont have repceipt ... no complain. so i have to pay money take picture again and waste 3 month

I went for my passport photo. In a hurry he captured rubbish photos, excessive flash shinning on my nose and chin like I have stick LED lights on my face. He didn't even show me before printing, just handed over printed photo. Rubbish service.

Amazing service, the staff was very pleasant and welcoming!He let me view the pictures and advised me the best ways to take the picture to ensure it would not get rejected by the passport office.
