I came to market mall and we went to the food court place, and I chose to order from KFC because I heard it is a nice fast food. I ordered 3 combos for me and my family then later I asked for a refill then they said 25 cent please " I went to grab 25 cent from my purse and I came back to give it but then the staff said "no its 50 cent" so then I went to get 50 cent from my purse again this time when I came the staff said "it's 1 doller" I don't know why they did this to me.. please have nicer staff members next time.I came here every month this same location but this time they did this.Thank you"

Just look at all the 1 star reviews, DO NOT EAT HEREOrdered delivery through the KFC app, not a delivery service app, $60 and 2 hours later, no food, driver claims to have dropped it off with the front desk... I was downstairs waiting for him when he called and said he just left it with the front...? Nope, guy just stole my $60 order. But the kicker is KFC won't refund me, even though I ordered through KFC themselves. Now I have to file a charge back, but I'll get my money either way.Moral of the story is don't order anything for delivery and pay for it upfront, odds are it'll be stolen, and then good luck getting your money back.Stay away from KFC, especially this joke of an excuse for a restaurant. Pathetic honestly, no empathy at all.

Very bad customer service. I made an order for my kids, later my kid went to ask for a cup of water and the lady at cash told him no. When I went to question that, Staff was telling me they had no small cups. Which was a lie cuz I got one when I made order. When I told her, she started yelling at me. I would give a zero. My last time ordering KFC.

I ordered 3 regular wings for $3.50 each. They said they only had 2 left (?) which makes little sense as they were selling full orders of meals that include wings. It's easy to speculate that they said that they had only 2 left because they were trying to get rid of the runts and couldn't give me a third one that was actually a real wing. The wings were ridiculously tiny and only partial--they were obviously cast-offs that they maybe dug out from the bottom corners of the fryer. The price they charged, the fact that they said that they only had 2 left, and the quality was shockingly dishonest and disrespectful to the customer. Their response: would you like some ketchup?" I seriously hope that other customers don't have this quite frankly insulting and demeaning experience. Needless to say

The new Manager is awesome. He was friendly and the service and food were excellent. Highly recommend eating here when you are in the mall. You won’t regret.
