Dr. Figuardo and Dr. Nila are great doctors that cares about their patients. The problem that I have is with certain receptionists that take their time to fax referrals or respond to you. Some of them are not responsive at all. I had to call the receptionist multiple times to asked if they have sent the referral for me, and I had to call the other clinic to see if they had received it. I had to do this for my own and my siblings behalf. It's honestly so stressful to take care of your own health when you're having to wait for the unknown constantly.

Dr. Figurado is an excellent caring gentleman who is well suited for this job.In every visit I experience friendly environment with caring staffs from the reception desk to the doctor's assistant.Dr. Figurado understands and educates me with all single details regarding my illness with a very calm caring voice that makes me very comfortable to visit him and discuss all my health issues with out any hesitation.I would highly recommend Dr. Figurado and St Lucia's Medical Centre to anyone.

Amazing doctors. Dr. Figurado and Dr.Nila are the friendliest and most helpful doctors I've ever met. They are extremely knowledgeable and everything they've prescribed has worked wonders. Truly amazing doctors. Highly recommend them.

He never be available for patients and never call back after the lab results . no updates and very limited hrs. .Receptionist never answer the phone . not sure how they run the clinic just keep the patients files and getting the money from government ,he should retired ,

Wait time is too much even if you have a appointment. Dr, Figuardo he has written a wrong prescription to my grandparents which they don't use and they got side effects from it. Thank god they it wasn't a life threatening effect. If you ever go to this doctor double check your prescription when he gives it to you. When I contacted the doctor for giving the wrong prescription his reply oh I forgot about they're prescription I'm sorry" really? A doctor saying he forgot what prescription wrote a random one. Don't recommend him."

Dr Figurado has been my family doctor for 20years. Yes , sometimes you may have to wait long. However, he is sympathetic, patient, down to earth and non judgmental. Therefore, I think is worth the wait. I hope I won't ever have to change family physicians.
