I've been using this clinic for decades, even now living in Kitchener. When the previous dentist retired, I was a little nervous trying someone new. Wow, I couldn't be luckier!!! I got my husband Tom to come here as well, and he sang their praises all the time. From the dentists to the front staff, everyone is kind, gentle, explain everything they do, and extremely compassionate. I highly, highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone who's looking for a dentist.

Consulted for a cavity problem but the staff diagnosed me very well with the X-ray. And Dr Ogi have done a thorough check up and found all the issues. Also she explained me very well.

I’ve always hated going to the dentist but all the staff here are always so kind and welcoming. Dr Ogi is absolutely incredible when it comes to helping scared patients, he takes his time, listens to you and always tells you what he’s doing. Been going here for years and I’ve only ever had good experiences, I would recommend them to anyone.

Got me in right away for a painful tooth problem even though I'm not a regular client. Gave informed advice on the best solution for me, and got it fixed right away. Very friendly. As someone who hadn't been to the dentist in a long time it went smoothly and comfortably.

I had two cavities.Dr. Ogi was very personable and gave me a detailed explanation on his process. He was very open to answering my questions. I did not feel the needle that was used for freezing and at no time did I endure any pain. This was a great experience from the friendly helpful staff to the professionalism of Doctor Ogi.Thank you, one of my best experience at the Dentist Office!!

My teeth are white!!! Haven't been to a dentist in maybe 10 years, I was so ashamed of all the stains. Totally my fault. I followed my boyfriend to this place from Toronto and what an office. The hygienist spent over 2 hours cleaning my teeth by HAND, yes by hand. I'm smiling for the first time. The dentists are also great, they checked up on my a few times to make sure I wasn't in pain and happy. You'll see me every 3 months, found my place!!!

My husband and I went in this morning for our first appointment with this office. After filling out a new patient form, we were seen promptly following that. Everyone was very kind and we left having zero questions because everything was thoroughly explained as we had our xrays and cleanings done. We are very happy with our decision to switch to this office from our previous provider as it's a totally different atmosphere right from when you walk in the door (we have moved a few times so we have been to a few different places). We would already highly recommend Listowel Family Dental to friends and family based on our experience today

I use to hate going to the dentist. Dr. Ogi is very professional and super nice. He takes the time to explain what is being done and why. I had a wisdom tooth pulled and a cavity filled in the same appointment and felt nothing.

I wanted to say to everyone how absolutely wonderful this dental office is! The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful!....The hygienists and staff as well. Dr. Ogi and Dr. Anneta have ALWAYS shown compassion and professionalism. My boys started out anxious about getting any procedure done (going to the dentist!) and both Dr. Ogi and Dr. Anneta have gained their trust and have calmed them so well that going to the dentist isn't a big deal anymore! We are always greeted with smiles, kindness, and great communication from such down-to-earth people(professionals) who show us that they genuinely care about us and our health. Our whole family has nothing but respect and trust in this clinic and Drs Ogi and Anneta. I have recommended them to friends and family and would do so again and again!

As a self-proclaimed dental coward who has opted for sedation surgery in the past, I overcame my phobia thanks to this incredible husband and wife team.Kind and compassionate with an amazing dental touch, they talk to you continually to calm your anxiety and their work is incredible.Their assistants and receptionists carry the same extraordinary customer care. Just a wonderful practice filled with kindness.We are blessed to have this dentistry in our small town. Thanks so much for your kindness and helping me gain new confidence in the chair!!
