I went for my first appointment at Kingswood Dentistry today. I was so impressed with the staff and Dr! Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk staff looked into all my insurance concerns and the hygienist was so thorough...my teeth have never felt so clean! I have booked appointments for my family and am actually looking forward to my next appointment!

They are great! Very accommodating with getting you in quickly or dealing with emergency change of plans. Always friendly and just overall lovely. The office looks fresh and clean, they even have foot protectors in winter months to keep the dirt/wet tracking to the bare minimum.

Very bad experience !! Push too much to get Invisalign for my daughter, have a feeling that they just care about money business. The dentist left the dentistry few minuits before my appointment without any excuse or notice when I told them that my daughter is not going to get Invisalign. Seriously???!!! Well, at least, the hygienist was nice and polite to apologize her boss’s “leave”. Terrible feeling afterwards... never comeback!

The staff at Kingswood are amazing! They are genuinely sweet and friendly. They personalize the care depending on the patient. For me, they are extremely gentle (I am a wimp!) but also try to get me in and out as quickly as possible as I usually have a busy schedule. Tanya is amazing, I love having the same hygienest each time I go. I definitely recommend Kingswood!

Highly recommend! Been receiving care from this office for years and I still come from out of town for my appointments here. The clinical and admin staff are so kind and helpful. I always feel accommodated to and welcomed when booking my appts.

Had an awesome experience at Kingswood, which started the moment I first walked in, the receptionist was friendly and informative, the hygienist did a through job, very impressed with how clean my teeth were after she finished. My visit was for a broken tooth, Dr Sam did a excellent job with the repair. What really impressed me was the way the staff got along, friendly, caring and courteous to each other which made for a stress free visit. Looking forward with visiting them soon

We recently moved to Barrie and was referred to this office, I am extremely happy with the efficient service and friendly staff, Dr Yani Chen was so gentle and made my two sons feel comfortable in the chair along side Debbie the hygienist and front desk staff, all very efficient and prompt! Thank you Kingswood dental for taking care of my family!
