I enquired about a heater I saw for $30. I had my cousin go and get it for me. I tried it and it stop working after running for close to 10mins. I left it to see if it would come back on, it was trying to come on but kept on chipping in and out. I had my cousin bring it back and he only got back $15 out of the $30. I would never trust buying anything from them or recommend anyone to them.

Would give him a zero, he used to be a decent guy now a typical pawn store owner, aka money hungry, given this man so much business and lost my laptop which was my fault, and he did hold it for me though, then moved cities, asked him to hold till 28th, told him yesterday payment today, agreed, sent payment, refused payment as the bad business man sold it, A+ for ignorance, ps he pays garbage money and treats people struggling like he’s God, I thought Pawn Smart was bad this man just mad any family or friends not attend there and hopefully anyone who reads this thinks twice too…..ps..he likes to justify his actions and new behaviour so interesting to see his lame response which I will ignore like his store, beware, not a good person!

I love this shop! It seems that every time I need something I can find it here for WAY less than the big box stores. The jewellery is particularly wonderful. They seem to always have something interesting, vintage, or sparkly for a collector like myself of pretty things with appraisals on any of the higher end items. Half of my work shop is filled with tools now from there. LOVE this shop and their cute dogs too!

Love this place! I went in looking for a controller for my PS5, I ended up leaving with 6 items I didn't plan for. The selection was great and the deals too good to pass on! I will be back here regularly!

Great little shop, I always try to stop in when I'm in the Barrie area. I've bought music gear and golf clubs there, good selection and fair prices. Dan is always open to reasonable offers and is always fair to deal with, I've always had great customer experiences there, even when I'm just in to browse.

Good depending on what you bring in. They will not accept anything new in the package. I wanted to sell an item I had lost the receipt for & couldn't return it to the store i had purchsed it from, so unfortunately I am now stuck with it. I did feel as though it was implied that I might have stolen the item, which I did not appreciate as I would never do such a thing. My previous experiences with them have been fine & without insult or slight of character. So just don't bring anything new or in the original package.
