I am really impressed with the customer service I received. I had some issues with the warranty claim and a salesperson named Jorji helped me to understand the process and successfully cleared things out for me. Appreciate his way and efforts, would highly recommend!!

I must say I received an amazing customer service. This gentleman named Jorji was extremely helpful and shared some great suggestions to help ease my decision-making process. I would definitely recommend Leon's for the outstanding service.

I bought a fridge on a Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday. But it never worked. They took my old one and told me to wait 24 hours to see if the fridge cooled down. A day later and still nothing. Now my food was spoiled and they took a week to replace it. When I asked for reimbursement for the food they said I had to wait for the manufacturer even though I bought it from them. Terrible experience and won't buy another fridge from there.

We needed a new sofa set so I visited Leons Furniture about 2 weeks ago & my family loved it. We are so pleased and will return to buy our furniture in the near future from leon's.

Just beware of Leon’s return policy. According to the staff at the Thunder Bay store they don’t have one. We purchased two twin beds with frames that were supposed to have wheels on them. They came without wheels. When we called in about it they told us they don’t make them with wheels anymore mayne try Amazon. Ok. That’s fine. But then they proceeded to tell us we can’t return the frames they gave us as they don’t have a return policy. This is a bad policy as this isn’t what we ordered. Watch what you buy from here as they will rip you off given the chance.

I bought a Sofa from this store, elegant and comfy. There was a warranty issues which I was concern of and I called the Store, and I think the name of the person who took my call was Jorji, he handled the call very professionally and help me out to find out the information. Loved it! Will buy more things from this store again.

What a great experience at Leons. I was looking for just a new fridge and got the best one as our need. We are very happy with our purchase and will definately recommend our friends to visit Leon's.

Edit: I got a hold of the general manager and he was very reasonable and explained why it is the way it is. Apparently the manufacturer would not honour the warranty so Leons ate it. Because of this they cant justify giving us a more expensive couch. Its not the best answer, but at least I was heard. Hes going to look into getting me a gift card which is better than nothing.***I bought a few things from Leon's and was happy until our couch seam let go and we had to use our warranty. They advised us they no longer make the couch so we'd have to take something else. They forced us to downgrade because prices have gone up so much in the last year. The new couch is nowhere near as nice as the one we gave back. They should have honored the warranty and given us a similar couch instead of a downgrade. I will never shop there again and I recommend you don't either. If you need the warranty they will screw you over. I will shop at Reids in the future. Maybe they'll appreciate my business more.
