Amazing staff! Upgraded my phone and they transfered everything from one phone to the other! Even gave me a new SIM card as my old one was all scratched up! Will be back in 2 years to upgrade!

Placed an order for phone at this location at a sale price. Was told phone would arrive today. I called to make sure phone had arrived. I was told it was backordered. Checked Koodo website phone was no longer for sale. Called back to make sure I would still receive the deal. Was told employee did not save order" so I no longer would receive the offer. Completely done with Koodo after 8 years. Employee when I was at store was having chit-chat with friend while I was trying to getting service. (Employee is female blonde with nose piercing) would not trust her with completing customer orders.Edit: That this order was back ordered should be information that was brought to my attention. Compensation of some kind other than a shrug would have been nice. I have left Koodo after 8 years. I used to work in the mobile industry in customer service. Specifically specializing in working with retail stores. That there is no channel for your store to contact Koodo and honour this is absolutely ridiculous. The lack of any effort or reconciliation was a negative customer experience. Also shows what little the company and it's resellers/retail locations care about loyalty. Blaming this issue on Koodo's lack of a "save feature" doesn't do anything to help this. I would recommend anyone using koodo to avoid stores and order online. Apparently they are unable to complete customer orders and honour orders."
