Well InfoTel does not come up on Google Places or Maps so not sure if this is the same thing but if InfoTel they are the worst for not writing back and hence a 1 star rating because!

I do not recommend getting them to build your website they lock you out of your account and don’t inform you of this . The communication is poor . Save your money and get someone local less expensive to build your website . We had to give them all the content and pictures etc.... and was surprised it’s a 2 year contract for over $9000 like that is a huge amount of money .. I have another business and I went to FIverr and never cost me know where this amount of money .

I understand there are many different views out there. But each view should be respectfully discussed especially by a “news station”. They resort to name calling… slander… it’s just so unprofessional and disrespectful to the community.

A new sales rep arrived at my business, with the GM of Infotel. I expressed some issues, said i'd like to reduce my informational ad to just my business name and web site. GM said they'd be back the following week with some offer i won't want to pass up, but they never came back. Not only did they NOT follow my wishes about my advertising, but they removed my business from their book. Seems counter productive for a dying industry, phone books, to not take money from paying customers, even if its a reduced ad. An epic fail, and a huge disappointment!

Terrible news....terrible reporters....The reporters are out to hurt people in the Okanagan by shaming them publically with FALSE news...and favour their friends helping them post false hurtful news....Shame on you Infonews Kelowna...cant wait to hear headlines from other news channels you were sued for false accusations and lies against innocent beings hurting not only that specific person but their families too....The damage you put on people disgusting....
