I bought my Q5 from Audi Uptown in Markham and decided to bring my car to serviced here Pfaff, the receptionist and shuttle service staff were just top notch, very kind people to work with.Also the mechanic person was very polite and explained to be in detail the work he is going to do.This is far better than Audi Uptown which I will rate them -5 stars.Audi Pfaff is very professional and I will be purchasing my next Audi from this dealer.

I’m actually disappointed with the car service center. I booked an appointment for an oil change and to check another issue that I have been having with my vehicle. I specifically mentioned that I needed an additional problem to be checked on my vehicle which is causing my left front tire to wear off. Though when I dropped off the car they said that this appointment was booked only for an oil change only. And if I needed an additional service, I will have to be leaving the vehicle overnight because there was no appointment booked.I had no time to argue, so I just left it with that.. Moreover, to my experience, as part of the oil change service they also check the filter they do a basic inspection on the vehicle and they also check the tires. When I looked at the inspection report nowhere in that report, they mentioned that the front tire is wearing off.. they release the report with no issues with the vehicle not the tires.. when I saw that report, I knew instantly that they were not trust worthy. They are just looking to grab your money and do minimal job. Then 1 day after, I received an email from them saying that I have missed my appointment that was booked. This place is completely unmanaged I will not be bringing my vehicle for any future services to this place and I would suggest whoever reads this comment to avoid bringing your vehicle to this place for any service if you want to avoid any possible issues in the future..

After going to two other Audi dealerships, I didn’t think I’d be leasing another Audi, but was referred to Robert, a brand specialist at PFAFF Audi in Vaughan. Robert has provided the best customer experience that I have ever had when searching for a new car. He helped me find the right vehicle, right price, and was extremely knowledgeable not only about Audi’s but cars in general. I recommend that anyone who is looking to buy a car and wants to have an honest and fair conversation to go see Robert at PFAFF Audi by Vaughan Mills. What a great experience!

I have NEVER EVER given such a terrible rating to anyone but unfortunately the experience today was beyond poor, i would give anything less than 1Star if available. Joshua was extremely arrogant and a Shame in the name of customer experience. We have travelled over 70kms with two other buyers with the intent of walking out with a new vehicle, but the overall attitude (despite email communication for over a week) , was beyond UNACCEPTABLE. This Audi has the largest inventory, no wonder they havent been able to sell their vehicles.Customer service is of UTMOST PRIORITY in this business and Audi Vaughan proved to be a DISASTER.

Have spent many years both buying and servicing my vehicles at this dealership.If you ever need assistance with anything, the staff are always willing to help.A standout amongst the crowd is Shaun Hedrick in service. He is a fantastic advisor will go above and beyond to make sure you are provided with everything you need and is also very good at explaining anything you may have questions about.I highly recommend you give Pfaff a shot, and if you're in for service, ask for Shaun!Definitely will return with any car needs in the future.

Excellent and prompt customer care. The level of service which I received from everyone was commensurate with the Audi brand. Just received my 2023 Q7 just over a month ago and couldn’t be happier.

The worst customer service and its a shame for the company they represent. I leased a 2023 A5 in April. The first rep was so aggressive with attitudes and he yelled at me in front of everyone as he was busy with other people. After I complained and asked for the manager, they found another gentleman to help me. Once I signed all the paperwork and got the key, I noticed there is a major issue with the interior lighting. They checked and acknowledged and asked me to book with the service department. They gave me an appointment for June. Once I took my car, they said I had to leave the car, however, there was no loaner and they said go with the third party rental at my own cost or reschedule for another time. I had to reschedule as I found it odd and lack of customer service, no integrity, no courtesy to make it easier for their returning customers.I live in Mississauga and took my car there. They offered a ride back and pick up. They ordered the parts right away and replaced it once the part was delivered. Great customer service. Great attitudes and great service unlike Audi Vaughan!So disappoinging. Everyone acts arrogant and attitudes. I heard the same kinds of complaints from many people. Thats so bad for their reputation. I dont recommend Vaughan Audi for any type of service or interactions. So disappointing!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Audi Vaughan pre owned and the sales process was smooth however I have discovered that the pre-owned plus certification is not as comprehensive as advertised. I have discovered just 30 days after purchase that my engine coolant is leaking and that my rear spring seats in my suspension need to be replaced. I am glad that I brought it to a different Audi dealership for a follow-on checkup before I head out for my summer road trip.
