Disappointed in pond dye. Had to use numerous packages to treat small water feature. Called to report and request additional info. Never heard back. Sub-standard product and poor customer service.

i approached bob to buy a windmill aerator for my ponds. he explained a much more efficient and cheaper option. for half the price, i now have 2 very effective aerators in each of my 2 massive ponds. the little air pump he recommended pushes more air than i thought possible. couldnt be happier. i sent an email with questions and within minutes he called me and walked me through everything. very happy

Have contacted Bob Willard several times over the years,either by email or at his place of business.I have always found him very knowledgeable and helpful.Whether it's just for advice,to purchase an aerator , to have it serviced or for the wide variety of products he has to improve your pond,this is the expert I can count on.

We are lucky to have found Bob at Pond Perfections a couple years ago. We followed Bob's recommendations and invested in his aeration system with 3 bubblers. Our kids are getting older and are not using the pond as much so there is not as much movement in our pond. After a couple years with the aeration system our pond is now taking care of itself with little maintenance. I stopped in last week, got a part for the aeration system motor $35 and up and running by the end of the day. We have a new growth starting due to the lack of rain and heat and know who to call. If you are lucky enough to have hydro by your pond make the investment it is worth it. The aquatic weed roller is nice to have when weeds grow near the edge of the pond. It has held up well, we have many rocks through out our pond and the blades are still razor sharp. A word of advice know the size of your pond before reaching out to Bob and her will set you up with what you need to love your pond.
