Laser Quest

Had a birthday party here for ten 12 year old boys. It was one of the best kids places I have seen as it is really well managed. Staff is so friendly .kids really enjoyed the game equipment is new aswell. Highly recommended place for birthdays. Big shout out for the staff!

We had our son's birthday there. Prices are great and it was very smooth. The kids loved it and so did we. It would be awesome if we could have the room for the whole time we are there but they are very clear on the website for the time allotted for the room (last hour of the party) and they provided an area for us to store all our stuff. I would recommend them!

It was great! But they only have 3 party rooms and we had to wait around for it!!

The place is very run down. For some reason they use toilet paper in some type of game so it’s all over the floor, making the place feel like a public washroom. The equipment is heavy for little kids and there is no option for kids sized. The waiting area is freezing cold with insufficient seating for parents who aren’t playing. There were not enough hangers to hang up coats for everyone and the manager just shrugged when he saw that. I would not recommend this place for a birthday party.

We won a free party from the school in dec. We got 10 guest 2 games and the party room for 45mins and it was the best. The minute we got in the staff was friendly and everyone was ready to help the kids out. The party room was clean and they brought out plates cups and spoon forks for us. I know it's very hard to deal with little kids running around all day but their attitude was beyond the best. This staff made the party for everyone. Thank you

I had a blast for my birthday there recently, only thing keeping it from being a 5* is it felt a little unbalanced. My friends and I are 25+ years old, and we felt really bad playing against kids that came up to our waist in height. Otherwise the 3 rounds we played were very fun, and the employees were very helpful getting us all set up to play.

I went there with my kids and some close friends on a Friday night. It was our first time there. It took awhile before they finally told us the rules and how to play. The kids enjoyed it. I feel that my kids were having a hard time moving in with the heavy vest on them. My kids were also a bit scared of the dark room. The customer service was acceptable. I feel they could have added a few obstacle courses in the room.

I had so much fun here. Great place for kids and adults. They have a large play area with 2 levels. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We just had my sons 9th birthday at Laser Quest. I was a very fun experience, however some small improvements could have made the experience awesome. We had 13 kids in our group, therefore there were many parents dropping off their kids and we had no idea what our first steps were at the beginning. There weren't any Laser Quest people there to welcome us all and/or give us any direction, thus the first 15 min were quite confusing. We weren't even told where to hand our coats! Once we were all gathered, all went smooth, the game was really good and everyone had fun as was the second round. Once the games were done and we were in the party room, all was fine except for the fact that the place was very stingy with paper plates, cups, forks and especially napkins. We had 13 kids eating pizza and cake, lots of napkins will be used...it's just the way it is. We were also not informed that basic jugs of water would not be included during the party room time. We were told that communicated to us in the pamphlet". So...13 kids

This place is awesome. Toilet seats are way too low, so be careful not to fall in them, I guess they're meant for kids. Great place to play, really fun. Kids have height advantage so be sure to crouch to prevent being exposed!!
