I have been with Allstate for many years and have always been very satisfied with the price and service. I have recommended to both friends and family. When we first called Belinda to get a quote (at the end of their business day), she replied within a matter of 30 minutes. She was very pleasant and helpful. Took all of my information and indicated that James would be in touch with us either by end of day or next business day. First thing next morning we received a call from James and he was also very pleasant and helpful. I loved his personal touch, very genuine. I found James to be very professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain terminology that I did not understand.He reviewed my existing policies and made recommendations for coverage that I did not have. I would recommend that anyone whose policy is coming up for renewal to contact James and have him review their existing policy. He ended up saving me some money.
