These people are nothing short of amazing!Myself and a few friends were visiting Granville island and decided we would wear heels (big mistake)At around 6, we began trying to find shoe stores to get some flip flops or flats because our feet were so sore. We had no luck as almost everywhere was closed.When we walked past this shop, I peeked in as she was vacuuming and asked if she knew where we could get shoes or flip flops without having to travel back to downtown Vancouver, they had already closed her till and was just about to close up the store and she invited us in to get us some shoes!They invited us in and allowed us to pay after being closed and even helped us find pairs!This was honestly so sweet of them and the highlight of our trip there (and the flip flops are so cute and comfy)I would definitely recommend shopping here, good customer service deserves business and they were amazing! Seriously above and beyond what they had to do :)Thank you!

I discovered this store when I learned that they sponsor our cycling club (United Velo) and Connie the owner is in our club.This store has a great feel inside and the staff were friendly and helpful for when I have visited.Connie was very generous and donated items to our club for events and even though the store was busy on a Sunday afternoon, she took the time to chat with me for 15 minutes which I really appreciated!If you're in or around Granville Island and want/need some gear, they have all the premium quality brands and great service to go with along with great products!Thanks for everything Connie and the Strub Crew!

I had been searching for the zeta sl in one of last year's colors and everyone was sold out but STRUB had it in stock. Made an online purchase yesterday and received the jacket today! Excellent customer service (they even called to verify shipping address). I had never heard of STRUB before but will definitely be purchasing from here in the future.
