I have been buying vehicles from Western Toyota for years! The level of service they provide is hard to find and will make you a customer for life. I have been dealing with Matthew Sheppard and Dave Feaver personally and can honestly say they go above and beyond for all their customers! You won't find a better crew to buy a vehicle from!

Very friendly service. They had my weird sized tire in stock and helped me quickly get back on the road after a flat.

Very disappointed with the level of service. My buddy and I were there around 1 pm today and in on the showroom floor looking at the new tundra pickup,we were there for about 30 minutes and not one staff member could be bothered to speak to us,ask if we needed any help or anything. I was interested in a new tacoma and wanting to talk to a sales rep but left disappointed, guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere

I had a car breakdown emergency during my time visiting Corner Brook. I spoke with a friendly and helpful staff member (I believe her name was Yvonne) at Western Toyota the evening my car broke down and asked if they were able to help get me road ready/look at my car ASAP the next morning so I could get back on the road in the afternoon to where I needed to be for work by the next evening.I was assured they would be happy to assist and had my rental car towed to their place of business that same evening, to be looked at/fixed the next morning as soon as possible.I spoke with a different customer service member again the next morning and was asked by that agent what was wrong with my car? Even though I had already called and spoke with Yvonne AND had left a note with a brief description of my issue with my car. I was told by this agent that they had a staffing issue" (who DOESN'T having staffing issues these days?) with their mechanics and they might not be able to look at my car until the afternoon. I reiterated the importance of my car being road ready for the evening in order to make it back to my workplace/the timely nature of my issue.I called Western Toyota again two hours later around 1100 after not hearing anything and was told by a third customer service member that my car hasn't even been looked at yet because of the mechanic being "very busy with appointments

Excellent service with Western Toyota and all of the staff. The sales and service teams are great. The general manager (Herb Canning) is the BEST! He is very understanding and willing to sit down and have a discussion about your experience at the dealership. Herb believes the customer is number one and will go out of his way to satisfy a customer. My husband and I both own a Toyota and we love it. I am definitely a fan of Western Toyota!

Awesome service! We recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander here and found the team was amazing to work with. Being from out of town, we had reservations that the purchase process would be difficult, however the General Manager, Herb, assured us that he would personally see to it that the process would be seamless, and he was right! He took time to listen to our concerns, he gathered as much information from us before he met with us to reduce our wait time at the garage. He made us feel welcomed when we arrived and his team were ready to help. It didn't take long before the paperwork was signed and we were driving away in our new SUV. Thanks Team Western Toyota and a huge thanks to Herb, Trevor and Yvonne. We are very pleased with our vehicle and looking forward to doing business with you again!

Outstanding service! Both before and after my purchase(s). We have had a great experience buying from Western Toyota, and have been well taken care of after the sale. They had a great selection at a very fair price and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Great service department. Sales not so.

I recently visited Western Toyota for some service work on my 2008 Toyota Highlander. I purchased my Toyota in Bc and have been very happy with the vehicle. When I visited Western Toyota I had requested my tow wiring be checked as it has become corroded since moving here a year ago. I was charged 59.98 plus tax and told they would have replaced before they could tell me whether or not it worked. The inquiry was whether it was currently working. If they could not check whether it was working g then why the service charge. They basically told me what I already knew and charged me$ 60.00 for no reason. I talked with the desk, not helpful. I have left a msg for the service mgr. And no return call yet.Just a note I have 330000k on my vehicle and have never been charged so unnecessarily in 12 years. At other dealerships. On this visit we received an oil change a engine check, that were billed appropriately.Update: spoke with the mgr. With No resolution. I have sent a photo of my bill to the better business bureau and Toyota Canada.

My family recently purchased a new Highlander at Western Toyota and had an amazing experience. We bought through Matt Sheppard who went above and beyond for us, to the point that he drove in on his day off so we could secure the exact model and trim we wanted. Matt even checked in periodically after the purchase to make sure everything was going well with the new ride. I would highly recommend Matt Sheppard and the whole crew at Western Toyota. Has been nothing short of excellent from start to finish.
