Owner is very honest. I was looking for adapter for my computer. But he suggested me another cable which was way cheaper. I would have bought the adapter for double the price. But his suggestion saved me half the money. He was very patient with understanding what i needed. Thank you for your help. I would recommend him to anyone with computer or accessories needs.

Got my laptop repaired here recently and received excellent service. It's a fairly new and expensive laptop that was experiencing keyboard/touchpad issues. I was very cautious about getting it repaired but was more than pleased with the service I received here.

came in to buy a cable for my laptop. didn't end up buying one, and now my laptop is corrupted because of whatever the guy was doing with it. he just mumbled away, not clearly telling us what he was doing, so I'm not even sure how to fix my laptop.Edit: regarding the owner's response. He is lying, he could not even get the computer to boot to the log in page. Avoid this place.

this place is terrible, my laptops keyboard stopped working and he said he would need to completely reinstall windows. All i wanted was the keyboard operational but he went directly to the option of a full reset. He did not try to contact Asus support for any trouble shooting. And i was told my files/programs would be backed up he only restored my files and told me programs cant be returned. unprofessional and rude service would not recommend

The owner is very professional, honest and has good customer service. I bought a toner from the store and then other stuff .The toner he sold gave premium prints though it was an aftermarket one.He is now my go to guy for computer related issues.
