The worst lamb I’ve ever tasted. Hard like a rock and completely overcooked. I wasn’t sure if this was just a Chinese style of cooking and it was supposed to be so hard. So, my Chinese friend tried it and agreed IT WAS THE WORST LAMB SHE EVER HAD. It was so hard I literally could not have it. I had the noodles and left whatever lamb pieces remained (see photo). My friend also said their menu was translated wrong and even though the menu is in both chinese and english, the chinese menu is not accurate. She ordered a dish and realized it was completely different than what was described in chinese (Rib Noodles) and then had to order a different dish after making sure to read both the english and chinese descriptions.Would give it a 0 if possible.

Decent spot if you're craving some noodles and want to try something different. If you aren't familiar with Northern Chinese cuisine, it's a great spot to try out the noodle dishes. It was my second visit and ended up trying out the Biang Biang noodles as it was a popular option.Biang Biang Noodles: A bit different from what I expected as I wasn't too familiar with this dish. The sauce was a whole mix of everything from potatoes, tomatoes, vegetables, and more. The noodles are thickly cut and nice chewy texture. I got the Biang Biang noodles without spice as I wasn't sure how spicy it usually is. They gave a good amount of portions from my visit.Overall, it's a decent spot if you are looking for some noodles. It's a bit of a small spot though so if you're coming with a group it might be difficult. I would come back again to try out the Dan Dan noodles as it looked really good!

Semi-authentic, more fusion style Chinese Northwestern food. The braised pork bun was really impressive, not dry but really juicy and flavourful. The price is fair too. Modern industrial decor, service was good too. Definitely will come back!

Nice space although we were handed plates that had not been cleaned properly so it was a little bit worrying in terms of cleanliness. The pork jia mo was okay, the bread was missing a bit of the usual crunch but the meat was nice and juicy. The qishan mian had really dry pork and overall the meat to noodle ratio was really weak compared to a lot of other restaurants

Huge fan of Artisan Plus. As a Chinese person, I can confidently say that this place serves the most authentic Xi'an food in the area. We often opt for pick-up orders, and we're always amazed by how quickly they prepare our food. It's usually ready in just a few minutes.

This is the place to go in Toronto for flavours from northwestern China. Prices are affordable and the portions are generous. The biang biang noodles are incredible! Just watch out not to get any splash from the chili oil on your clothes while eating it! I've been here several times and it never disappoints.

Good place for some authentic noodles. Got the famous noodles and enjoyed the variety of food that was available from veggies to meat to noodle ratio! The flavors were really good and blended together well with a touch of spice! It was good quantity as well. Only complaint was that my noodles came slightly cold as opposed to super warm so halfway through my meal it got quite cold. Also note that this place is cash and debit only.

Speedy service, friendly staff and great noodles. I've yet to have a bad meal here.Noodles are indeed biang biang noodles, and the types of dishes served are delicious. There's a mix between traditional light tasting noodles to heavy dishes.Absolutely love the Shuan Tofu Sheets, and my newfound Wok Friend Lamb noodles.I've come here multiple times and will still return.
