Price is really good, hours of operation could be better but aren't bad. Only disappointment I've had is during initial activation nobody had advised a 1-3 hour delay, however after speaking with a representative they were able to help with that. Once payments start and I've had more time with them this review may be updated. So far so good.

Great service at very competitive prices. They resell big Rogers/Bell lines so service was super reliable overall, only outage longer than a few hours was when a storm came through and everybody in the city lost Internet for a week. I cancelled my service due to moving to an apartment where the landlord includes internet in the rent and they were quick and professional about it. However, I will gladly choose these guys as my first option when I do eventually end up paying for my own internet again.

I have recently switched our home internet from a DSL provider to Carry Telecom cable internet, I am happy with the services provided by Carry Telecom. The internet speed is fast and stable and the price is also attractive. The customer service team, like David, also provided good customer support and follow up to listen customer satisfaction and for future improvement. I certainly would like to recommend Carry Telecom to others.

Best customer service, and internet provider. Internet connected up and running in under and hour. Never throttle down speeds. Plus give complimentary check up calls. Literally it is time for all you to switch to Carry Telecom. We had a small issue. They came to our residence with in 45 minutes. Best prices and best service. Don’t hesitate, act now your bank account will thank you.

Running from the high cost of Rogers Internet I signed with Carry Telecom and have been with the one year, this has been my experience.Paid for 1 gig speed, received 350mb speed, I called and worked with support, after testing and confirming the slower speed Carry Tel insisted on charging me more money to go down to a slower speed plan, blaming Rogers for the speed issues.My bill payment date has constantly changed, at first it was the 28th of the month then it changed to the 26th then the 25th then the 24th as a result I was charged late payment fees, affecting my credit score consequently, indeed upsetting.Upon signing up I used my credit card to sign up and made it very clear that my payments would be made via my bank however upon closing I notice a charge on my credit card.I am a strong believer that competition is health for any economy and have always try to support small businesses, I made a mistake with this company, Carry Tel disappointed me.I hope this review bring about positive changes.

I live in B.C just ordered their modem from Ontario. It arrives in 3 days. Not bad. Still waiting for the scheduled installation, which is 3 days away. The only annoying thing is if the modem arrives early then I have to wait for the installation day which is the day that Shaw is willing to help activate your account remotely.Will keep the post alive to share the experienceUpdate July 9th, 2023. As the scheduled installation, the modem starts to work and so far everything seems fine. I will keep you guys updated. The only thing that worries me is the modem power plug-in, when you plug the power into the modem, it sparks...

Customer service has been fine but your techs are absolutely useless. 3 no show appointments, the 4th attempt the tech came more than an hour early to the appointment and promptly left, forcing me to reschedule for a 5th time. There’s a fine line between company and scam.

I put 3 stars. I do not yet have Carrytel. I have read hundreds of reviews and want to know a bit about the issue of many people not getting the speeds or even half the speeds advertised. Escalation simply says they apologise. Before I drop hard earned money, what is the guarantee of my internet speeds staying as quick as I get with my overpriced Cogeco? I don't want to go through hassles of constantly calling tech support. I have zero issues with the speed I currently get...just costs more then I believe it's worth. Can you assure me my speeds will be consistent more often than not with your service? Is there a guarantee of satisfaction or money back (beyond a small 7 day window). I am just very concerned based on what I have been reading. THANK YOU UP FRONT.

When you call, they are actually pretty responsive at picking up their phones and their customer service reps are responsive.HOWEVER, as an ISP, their service can randomly disconnect and be spotty and their rental equipment is prone to stop working. I needed to go to their office at least 4 times in the last 6 months to return and/or pick up replacement modem/routers.My most recent incident was the last straw when I was told to return and exchange my rental router (confirmed previously that it could be exchanged at no extra cost). A few days later, I received an email about a ‘damaged’ reset button because the plastic area around it is bent and charged my account $60. I attempted the reset with a *wooden toothpick* under their instructions. It doesn’t even make sense that a toothpick can bend hard plastic.I rarely google review. Positive or negative. But I felt I needed to write this review to warn others about their potentially unjust business practices. We originally were looking for a cheaper alternative, but they have increased their prices, and the trouble is not worth the nuisance and time it takes to deal with their company. Go with a mainstream provider. We will be switching asap.Beware: If you return equipment, make sure you take full photo and video as evidence to avoid future damage charges cost to you. It’s unfortunate that you can’t trust a company to not temper with returned equipment and then blame the customer for it.Photo included of the damage to the hard plastic I apparently caused using a wooden toothpick.

DANGER DO NOT BUY, Charged me three months on the first 8 days, Their support keep telling me that they can not find extra charges on their system Spent hours sending emails This company has no control over their payment capture and billing records. they might charge you at random times and simply say I don't see it on the system.
