I had Belfor renovate the underbelly of my mini home. I had Laureena and her team completly fix it. Everyone who has seen it including contractors were blown away by the excellent work done!!!! I wish I could give her 10 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND laureena and her awesome team!!!!

Belfor Property Restorations was amazing to deal with. Our house was damaged significantly by hurricane Fiona and unfortunately our insurance company did not have a large customer base on the East Coast, so we were left on our own to find our own contractors. We called around to everyone we could find on Google. Every one was booked solid, even Belfor, but they heard our desperation and took us on as clients. They became our strong voice to our insurance company, and they helped fight for us and all of the damages we sustained from Fiona. Their customer service representatives, property analysts, project managers, cleaners (Pam, Hannah, and Amber) and preferred vendors have all been friendly, competent, quick, and thorough with their work. Our house is a very old and unique house that was a definite challenge to fix but they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend using them for any of your restoration services. Thank you Belfor for making us feel important and taking care of us when we needed you the most.

Back in 2019 we had our roof done by belfor through our insurance company. We'll 3 years later our brand new water proof flooring is no good. Water coming up through the floor which is coming from sad roof, now my laundry room is all rotten. Called our insurance company about it. Sent out belfor again they said the water is coming in through the roof but don't know where. They took pictures and there was mold in between my walls. Still saying they don't understand because we have no water stains on our ceiling. But they know it's coming in from the roof. Been dealing with this sense June of 2022. Called them to see what was happening they have not seen any pictures that Robert as taken he is not taking my calls. Also he said nice goes along way. So now we are attempting fix it ourselves because thanks to belfor our insurance company won't cover it and they are not going to renew our policy.

We were so fortunate to have Belfor take care of our property clean up after the hurricane. We were very impressed with how quickly they were on site and the professional staff who did a fantastic job installing a temporary fence to keep our pool safe. We would certainly highly recommend them!

Had some work done in our attic through Belfor. Steve was an absolute treasure. A difficult job extremely well done. Very pleased.

We had Pam and Haley here to help with the damaged goods from a flood. They were super friendly, professional and very efficient. Belfor is lucky to have them as employees.

If you enjoy having your property damaged and your home left unsecured then this is the company for you. They were the choice of my insurance company to deal with our clean up after our water tank failed and they dragged the job out for 5 months- this included improperly hooking our washer and causing a secondary flood, unhooking the heaters so there was no heat in the rooms where all of our plumbing resides, putting holes in walls, painting the SOME of the repaired walls a different colour (so we had different shades of blue walls or just patches of blue over a different blue) then they were originally and loosing some of our personal items. On top of that they used a lock box for our house key so they could come and go and at the end of the job we discovered it had been unlocked . I don't know if it was unlocked the whole time, but it had at least been for 2 weeks- when I told the contractor we had been dealing with she never responded. I would never recommend using this company if you care about your safety, your home and your possessions.

Technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived on time and the job was completed in the quoted amount of time. They were very thorough and I appreciated that they went over everything with me. House was left in a clean manner.

I want to thank three guys in particular for helping us while we deal with an ongoing flooding issue in our basement. Lester, Tony and Kim have been fantastic!
