Cap-it Surrey

This is my first time ever writing a review but i feel the service i received is worth mentioning. I had the misfortune of buying a used cover online that was supposed to fit my pickup but ultimately was for a different truck. The guys here at Cap It had everything for the cover i purchased in stock to get it installed on my truck. I picked up the parts and ran home to install the cover. Once installed the cover wasn't fitting right so i called Cap It again to pick the guys brain but he wasn't sure of the issue so i asked if i could quickly swing by and have them take a look and do what they need to get it fitting right. An hour later i drove back up to the shop and my truck immediately went in to the shop. It took 15 minutes or so before the tech said without a doubt that the cover i purchased was not for my pickup. The guy waved all fees to help out my situation and i was on my way. Everyone was very cheerful and it was very pleasant to receive such great customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Great customer service and Hans was very helpful!Purchased a truck canopy from Cap-it and received a timely, reasonably-priced, and professional installation.Right from the start emailing Hans he was prompt and professional. The rest of my experience was the same quality. In store they made the buying process clear and painless. Hans was very clear about price and timeline for the canopy to be built. When there was a delay in shipping (Not Cap-its fault) he called me and kept me informed on the canopy's status. Installation was much the same, the guy in the shop took good care of my vehicle while also professionally installing the canopy.The only thing I can say that they could improve on is the adhesive sealant used on the rubber gasket at the front of the canopy as I had some water leaking when it heavily rained ( This was an easy at home fix with some caulking sealant). To be fair the reason the water was leaking is mostly due to the rubber gasket that is installed by Leer being slightly off center.Long story short. They do good work.

Fantastic service! Matthew went above and beyond to help find the roof rack I wanted, and the guys in the Surrey location did a great job installing it! Would recommend them for sure!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I wanted to get my running boards installed on my truck which are used. I was told it wasn’t worth the time for them since they prefer people spend $1000+ for any new installations.

Bought a smart smartcap and had the install done here. Had some issues with rubbing of the tailgate when closing, and a torn gasket after the initial install. Hans was responsive, and got the issues corrected right away. Would definitely use cap-it Surry again in the future.

I bought a Truxedo Titanium tonneau from Capt It Surrey 5 years ago. The glue that holds the vinyl to the aluminum slats is failing in some spots so I took it in for service. I know it is out of warranty and I was prepared to pay. The gentleman looked at it and said he could install a new one but they do not repair tonneaus. Whaaat, they don't repair what they sell. A sign on the building boasts New Management" . Buyer beware...."

Horrible service, by far the worst. I ordered a series of parts last year. I've called several times with my concerns being met with reassurances. Now they won't even answer the phone I want my money back. You should be put out of business. Dishonest thieves.

Drove 1.5 hours just to be lied to.Was looking for clamps to hold a Tacoma canopy, only to be told they don’t exist and I should be bolting the canopy down.

I have a cap, only had the serial number. They took my info down contacted the right people and gave me the info I needed. Once I get a truck I'll come here for service.Unless marketplace is cheaper haha

Amazing customer service. Walked in to get a price on getting my cap lock fixed. They looked at the issue right away and replaced the damaged part.
