Patience is required. They are understaffed, however inspite of that they do good work. The staff bent over backward to help me. So a little patience will go a long way.

Busy place but the staff are courteous, prompt and helpful with all your tire needs!! I go twice a year for seasonal changeBest to make an appointment online because they never answered the phone.

Worst service ever. Never trust the guy Brandon. He will advise you anything without having enough knowledge about vehicle. He asked me order 2 tier for Acura RDX. 2 weeks to tier deliver and two weeks to get appointments. Almost after a month, on the day of appointment the installer guy said 2 tiers can be installed in an ALL WHEEL DRIVE car. Such a waste of time.If he is advising… STAY AWAY……

It's certainly more difficult to get a same-day appt than other places, but not impossible. They are as accommodating as can be, from what I saw. If I book appts in advance, no issue. I'm not sure what gripe others had because they didn't leave a review.Also, I noticed all the staff had very good attitudes and worked well together.

Only $55.00 tax inc for a seasonal exchange from summer to winter. They said that their policies have changed recently to only putting on tires sold at Costco and not used or new tires bought elsewhere.

Always a great experience dealing with Jeremy and his team at the Abbotsford costco tire center! They will go out of there way to accommodate me. I love the booking system they have in place. Jeremy runs a great team and I've had so many great experiences with them over the years. They've got my vote! Thanks!

Best price for tires. Ordered online arrived in a week and balanced and installed in 2 days.

I ordered a set of tires on line and ship to the Abbotsford location for installation. The tires are of good quality at a reasonable price but the service from the Abbotsford Tire Center was the worst I have experienced compared to other shops.To be upfront, the shop manager/supervisor has an attitude issue. I made an appointment to have my tires installed, and expect the work completed promptly. An hour is maximum time it should take to install a set of tires. When I return after an hour later, the work was not even started. I was treated like a “walk-in” with no priority. In the end, they were able to get my tires mounted composted in less than 40 minutes!

Definitely understaffed, Waited in line forever, ordered my tires (not in stock) made appointment for 2 weeks later and guy sold us on the tire sencer replacement... sounds great... two weeks go buy. Go in to get tires put on. Wait in long line again for scheduled appointment... told lady at desk that we were getting the winter tires (on rim's already snd in the trunk) put on and the new all seasons replaced and put in the trunk (no problem, extra $50ish for balancing paid up front)... 30 min goes by and we get a call saying they wont put the winter tires on because one tire is low on tread (not bald yet but low)... ok then just put the all season on and I'll replace the winter tires later. Over an hour later... still no call, so I go back into see if it's done yet. Wait in a long line again... finally get up to front and yes, it is done... now I ask, did the sencers get done? No, I am told, it wasnt on the invoice... So now do I get my $50ish back for not doing the winter tires? Yes, but not here... I have to go wait in another long line up for returns.... Waisted over an hour and a half to get tires put on and another hour at least in all the line ups just to deal with all the nonsense... and to top it all off... the bonuse rebate card that was supposed to come in a matter of days still hasn't come yet... and they dont know how long it will take still.... Never again will I deal with this BS and will never refer them to anyone who asks... My time is money, and they waisted more time then I would have saved if I had gone to a reputable tire shop!!!!End Rant!!!

Alexander was absolutely brilliant, he helped us repair a tyre with patience and professionalism. He was extremely kind , efficient and had a keen eye for detail. He deserves a raise!
