Very happy! We love this store.My partner and I have a home gym, and we (so far) tend to buy high end cardio equipment. We came to Spartan Fitness after being disappointed with the long-term service we received with a competitor, and we wanted to add a treadmill to our existing setup.My partner and I both run marketing companies so we tend to have jaded views of salesmanship, but like most people our ideal is the best possible machine we can afford at the best possible price and with a good buying experience - i.e.

Great spot with all kinds of equipment that you can't find everywhere. Melissa was so knowledgeable and helpful and even went above and beyond when I believed an item was missing with my new rowing machine. Will definitely be going again now that my rowing machine has sparked an exercise kick.

I have now dealt with Spartan on several occasions. Each time I've been exceptionally impressed that they really try to only sell what's best for me. It's refreshing to have such a customer first approach and it's why I'll always go back!

Our experience with this company was excellent. I purchased an elliptical Life Fitness cross-trainer from Oakville store. Travis was exceptional! He took his time to explain all our options, choices and even presented a bonus gift. His prices were good, installation perfect. He made sure that I was happy customer.

5 Stars doesn't do Travis nor Spartan Fitness justice, by far the best customer service I've experienced at ANY retail outlet! These are turbulent times, yet Travis managed to process my order over the phone and have my bike assembled/delivered to my house in under 2 hours. Truly amazing under any circumstances, let alone during a health crisis. Thank you so much Travis, I would recommend Spartan Fitness highly without hesitation!Kindest Regards, Greg

Spartan Fitness is excellent.They carry excellent brands and have a great selection of all types of equipment.Travis is super knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with.We have purchased multiple items from Spartan Fitness for our home gym and have other items on the way.I would highly recommend this store if you are in the market for fitness equipment.
