Virgin Plus

This store is inconveniently located inside University of Toronto store and is only open during the school year. I wish I would have known that before I was unnecessarily inconvenienced.

Honestly none of the customer service agents speak English properly and constantly say * what.... I can't hear you* ..well you are a mobile service provider, you would think connection would be better. Virgin mobile keeps disconnecting my phone over nonpayment even when I have made a payment just to charge me the activation fee.Then when you call customer service they say its automatic and nothing can be done. They used to have good customer service but now that their call centers are not even in Canada they're awful!!Honestly the services have wayy gone down hill when it comes to customer service. Once I figure out what other companies are a better option I will be moving my services. Just wanted to give a honest review for anyone looking for a company that actually values their clients... this is not it. They get you in with the benefits and coupons.. but its all just flashy stuff to get you in. I've never had a problem resolved and end up having pointless dead-end answers. Ever since the pandemic they pretty much deactivate your phone every chance they get to charge you them fees!

Store hours are not as advertised. Sales reps are here at 9 but there's no technician on staff to help until 10am. Except I've been here about 10 mins after 10 and no technician has showed up for work.

Do not go here. Useless. Bad customer service

can get 10% discount when adding extra line under the same account. Good service and bill managing app.

Hours of operation not accurate

The people won’t even pick up the phone when we called! We literally waited for about half an hour (which is their estimated time) and no one answered. Waste of time.

Had a horrible over the phone customer service experience with Virgin, but this store made it right! Good service and nice and helpful staff.
