Some of the people working there are the most despicable beings in this country. I had nightmares with them. Super rude.

Some of the staff members here are cool, but there's this one person who always looks like they want to strangle you no matter what you say or do. I always wonder if I've done something wrong to upset them, but from reading reviews it might just be their default personality.If you have to come here, just take note: if the staff person is being rude or refusing to explain stuff to you, you didn't do anything wrong.

Very bad customer service. I was trying to return some of my online purchases which is fast and simply, but one of the old female staffs was acting like a boss, yelling at me and telling me what to do.

So smooth. Went for an Amazon return, the whole process was completed in less than 5 mins.

Worst Canada Post Office I have seen. The Mailman who delivers to me happens to scan items as delivered to meet guaranteed delivery dates" when in reality they show up a few days later. Has happened almost every time I have an Xpresspost package. Probably just want to avoid refunding shipping fees for guaranteed delivery services. Have lived in many places but this is the only post office that does this."

I have always been able to mail things here with few problems. I do find that the staff (one in particular) always seems to find my presence an inconvenience/ treats me like I have done something wrong every time I go in.

The stuff says because my packages wasn’t sealed, she can sealed for me for $1 each, or I can purchase the tape. When I got home, the receipt says donations to children charities, I don’t mind donating to kids but what’s the protocols for this kind action?

The Sri Lankan lady that works there is nice from my experiences visiting this post office.However, the lady named Sue is really rude and condescending. She doesn't greet customers. Every time she is working, she calls customers forward to the post office counter by saying, YES?!" instead of "Hello" or "Hi."Sue also provides wrong information. She tells customers that their parcels will be scanned at Toronto as the next tracking point after departing their post office. It actually gets scanned at Stoney Creek before moving forward. I've noticed that she doesn't know how to sort out parcels accordingly into the Canada Post bins

I had to ship two large suitcases. The lady at the counter was very friendly and answered all my questions. Good experience!
