My carpet delivery has been delayed by a week because truck was full (it’s been 3 weeks). Now I get a call saying that it’s delayed again by a week. This is extremely long for a carpet cleaning when I was told it would take up to 2 weeks to get my carpet back. Very disappointed, I just want my carpet back.Update: got my carpet back and after cleaning it twice it looks worse than before. What a waist of money and time. I will throw the rug out now

Amendment: the owner got back to me and offered me a hour and a half of service free of charge. The two ladies that came back were able to clean very well two of my four bathrooms. They were very professional and made sure I was satisfied. A very different experience than last week’s.This was the worst cleaning experience I’ve had in years… we hired this company for a big clean up before moving in our house. After checking in, we realized they were not cleaning well at all (just few examples: fridge still full of crumbles and sticky spots, cupboards still dirty, wardrobe still full of hair and toilets still dirty). We told them and they tried to fix it but still didn’t do a proper job. So after 3 hours and a half and 500$, we told them to stop. I sent an email to the company and still didn’t hear back. Just hire some one else and don’t loose your money.
