Training with Chris is more than just lifting weights. He has taught me proper form and body mechanics, how to avoid injury and how to recover from one as well. Chris goes above and beyond in his training and is extremely knowledgeable. Chris is so much more than a personal trainer and is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure to train with. He is attentive and tailors each session to your personal needs. He has pushed me to limits I never would have dreamed of.

I was so nervous about my first session with Chris and when the session came to an end I knew I had nothing to worry about, he made me feel so comfortable. He never left my side during the sessions, is understanding, and was always available whenever I had questions. Chris is amazing at what he does and just wants to see/help you succeed on your health journey! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Chris ( Stagg fitness) played a significant role in improving my overall health and helping me to maintain a consistent exercise routine. He taught me the importance of being disciplined and listening to my body's needs. His professionalism was outstanding, and during each session, he kept me motivated to push through and never give up. Chris patiently listened to my concerns and was readily available to address any questions I had.One of the most remarkable achievements of our collaboration was that he helped me build muscle in my shoulders, which had previously been injured. I had always thought that I couldn't work out because of this injury, but Chris demonstrated how to exercise effectively while avoiding any further damage and strengthening the weakened muscles.At each of our sessions, Chris taught me the correct form to maintain and helped me advance towards achieving my fitness objectives. He played a vital role in holding me accountable and keeping me motivated throughout my journey. Just finished up a 3 month online coaching session with Chris and really enjoyed the experience. Since it was a long time since I’ve been to the gym I started off with three one on one in person sessions. Chris guided me through the push/pull/legs routine I would be doing on my own to ensure I had the correct form and walked me through how to track them in the trainerize mobile app. The app is very good and I was able to track all my meals, measurements and chat with Chris directly using the built in messenger. I could also easily substitute exercises from a list in the app if needed. Chris usually responds to any questions within 24 hours (most times sooner) and will make adjustments to your routine based on available equipment or pre-existing injuries. He provided me with a nutrition plan, meal feedback and made recommendations as I tracked my meals. I now feel like I have a good foundation to train on my own over the summer but I will definitely come back to Chris if I hit a slump or just need to shake things up and be pushed a little harder. Thanks Chris!
