I avoided seeing my doctor, Dr. Sadik, because he is incompetent and difficult to deal with. Whenever I request to see a specialist for things out of his realm, he insist on me finding a specialist for referral. Instead, I only visit him for an annual check up of blood work. More recently, I seeked therapy to have someone to discuss the struggles I'm having in life. The main one being health related; difficulty staying focused, awful memory. Keep in mind, this is a therapist, not a psychiatrist or a medical profession, who can diagnose me or prescribe medication. My therapist advised me to see my doctor and raise the concerns again. When I did, Dr.Sadik changed his attitude and asked why I was seeing a therapist. He started to write notes and insisted on a full report from the therapist on all the private discussions we had. What does that have anything to do with his area of expertise? I think he was offended, that I was seeing a therapist who had the nerve to ask me to discuss the health issues plaguing me, to seek an assessment or a specialist for a thorough and proper diagnotistic.He shouldn't be practicing anymore. You can describe in detail what your symptoms are and how long they've lasted or began, and he will simply do nothing. All I wanted was a referral to a psychiatrist or a neurologist to assess me, but he was more fixated on why I hadn't seen him sooner.

I am a patient of Dr abdullali’s & this Mickey Mouse operation does not have ANY respect for your time what so ever.Appointments mean absolutely nothing , you’ll always wait excessive times past your appointment time.Dr Abdullali is a good guy & a decent doctor but has moved locations 4 times in the past.Dr Abdullali works 1-2x per week if you’re lucky these days and it’s from his PHONE so not sure what the point of a family doctor that calls you is.I had a phone appointment for Wednesday @3:00 pm, his staff called me to tell me Dr Abdullali has“no internet at home” & for that reason he would be calling me Saturday for another useless delayed phone appointment as if we live in a third world country and no internet is a real thing for a doctor to cancel his PHONE appt with a patient .The phone appt was a waste of time and ultimately he just made me another appt to come see him in person at a new location again.Feels like a“swipe a healthcard racket” to me as there was no reason for me to wait for a phone appt only to be given an In person appt at a location nowhere near where I reside as Abdullali tends to move offices every few years for some strange reason. Current location is a hole in the wall not to mention .Abdullali is a nice guy & a decent doctor but overall this place is by far the worst experiences , many experiences I have ever encountered withmy “family doctor”.I avoid him at every chance and attend walk in clinics as dealing with him is a nightmare and a waste of taxpayer dollars and my time.

Such a terrible experienced the doctor Faryal kassam was very rude we have waited more then half an hour and when our time came to see the doctor she was so angry that my sister in law can’t speak English so she denied to checkup and give the service. I feel really sorry for her that she’s a doctor and behaved like that. If a person can’t speak English so there’s no treatment or service?Shame on you

Dr. Kassam is always late and behind her schedule. She doesn't come into the office regularly (she goes once or twice a week). She is very unempathetic and makes her patients wait a minimum of 40mins...she is always 1-3 patients behind. It's insane how lack of care someone can have, let alone a doctor.The staff is very bad at accommodation, unprofessional and unattentive to anyone's needs.

Reading the reviews on here, I think everybody needs to cut this clinic some slack. Obviously they are going through some challenges having to switch offices so frequently, not to mention COVID and labour shortages industry-wide, both are likely beyond the staff's control.From what I've seen, the administrative staff and my doctor are working tirelessly for their patients and to make the clinic as efficient as possible. They are also always very kind to me!Dr Abdulali is a fantastic doctor who cares about his patients. I've never seen a doctor so committed and dedicated to excellence. He also takes the time to explain things and never rushes me out the door.Thank you Fountain Medical Clinic and keep up the great work!Michael Pignatelli

First of all, i love my doctor here, however, I wish she worked at a different medical office with much better time management. There is penalty to miss an appointment which is totally understandable and acceptable. However, u have to wait for at least 1 hour if u r lucky enough to see ur doctor even u already made an appointment. So what is the point of having an appointment? U cannot be late for appointment but ur time is worthless here as they will keep u waiting. I have to waste at least 1 hour every time for my appointment. 5 stars to my doctor, 1 star to their operation efficiency. Overall, 3 stars.

Great doctors. Practice is poorly managed, no timelines or respect for appointments. Not the greatest frontline staff. Practiced has moved 4 times since I have been with them. They can do better.

Dr. Shams is a great doctor and easy to talk to. The centre however is absolutely the most terrible medical centre I have dealt with in my entire life. Out of every 10 calls, I receive only one response if I am lucky. Trying to call them is almost an impossible task. When you have an appointment, they call you once and it is absolutely natural that might miss a call because they never call you on time. If you miss it, good luck trying to get back to them even if you do it within 30 seconds.

Doctors keep leaving so they assign me different doctors (4 times) within a few years. Eventually I gave up as the last doctor was not that friendly.

I am a patient here and I find it difficult to talk to the staff because of their accent. I don’t understand them and they are unable to understand me. Suggest having staff who speak well and clearly. It has no voice mail and to get an appointment you have to call and call and call till you get through some who cannot speak proper English. Get some people at the front desk who will respond to your call immediately
