Absolutely love our new Laundry Room! Julia did such an amazing job designing the layout to my requirements. Her knowledge and attention to the detail was a huge asset in achieving exactly what we wanted in our room.Trevor & his installer went above and beyond to make sure the custom sink base would be a perfect fit in our space!The whole Rockwood Team was very professional and friendly, from taking measurements, the cabinet delivery team, the installers, and to the counter installers. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!At first we thought we just wanted to change our countertop and from there it grew into a full kitchen reno. With the insightful guidance of our Rockwood designer Emily, we easily made our way through the process until all the hard decisions were made. Once it was time to install, Emily handed it over to Damien who “made magic” in our kitchen to the point where it was no longer recognizable. There are still times when we walk into our new kitchen and wonder is this really our house?"Professional

After contacting and obtaining quotes from several kitchen renovation contractors we decided to go with Rockwood Kitchens as unlike the other competitors they were offering real-wood cabinets instead of particle board for a very reasonable price. Now we are absolutely IN LOVE with our new kitchen!Our designer Julia was always very helpful and professional. She came up with the design we wanted, the installation plan and helped us to choose the countertop, handles and the sink. She also patiently accommodated our numerous change requests along the way.Our installer, Damien, was very punctual and professional. He arrived on time and did an amazing job installing our kitchen. He also accommodated my request to have all the cabinet led lights and wires installed during the installation phase so there were no visible wires at all once the installation was finished.We are extremely happy and would highly recommend Rockwood Kitchens to anyone who is looking for a new and improved kitchen with quality materials and finishes.

This review is long overdue. We are so grateful to Rockwood Kitchens for the design and installation of our wonderful new kitchen. This was March of 2020 right before the Covid lockdown. Kelsee Long out of Pickering office was fantastic to work with and very accommodating and knowledgeable offering great input. Everyone went above and beyond to see that project was completed despite the pandemic and all the fears at the time. We are so in love with our beautiful new Rockwood kitchen. We had the opportunity to work with Brenna at the Pickering location as our designer. She exceeded our expectations in every way. Her vision and design skills allowed her to create the perfect layout for our space, maximizing our square footage and opening up our main floor. Her guidance every step of the way in choosing cabinets, handles and counter but also those finishing touches beyond what we purchased at Rockwood, such as lighting , faucet , sink etc was invaluable. She was patient, a great problem solver and excellent client advocate as we encountered delays and other issues related to the pandemic. Thank you Brenna for everything you did from beginning to end and every step of the way. Thank you to Damien , our installer , who took his time to ensure the everything looked perfect and who also made suggestions once on site to improve the final design.

We absolutely love our new kitchen by Rockwood! The process was so easy start to finish and the price couldn't have been better. Brenna created an amazing design for us and was very helpful with other design ideas we hadn't even thought of. The end result was exactly what we'd hoped for. We are so happy with our new Rockwood kitchen! Our contractor has worked with Rockwood several times and recommended we check them out. They were our first stop and we knew we wouldn’t need to look any further – Rockwood offered pretty much everything we needed for the remodel with the style we were going for. We were originally working with Brenna but she moved on and we were connected with the owner, Tommy, who was a pleasure to work with – very thoughtful, responsive, and so helpful throughout the process. There was great collaboration to draft designs, and easy communication to answer questions and make adjustments along the way. The installation process was very smooth and timely. The care for detail and craftmanship really shows. We could not have asked for a better experience in creating our custom kitchen – it turned out exactly as envisioned!

We cannot day enough good things about Emily at Rockwood Pickering and the entire Rockwood team. From the get go, Emily came up with a plan that gave us everything we wanted. Subsequent changes were no problem, Emily always came back with solutions and options. The kitchen was installed when Emily said it would be and there were no surprises with price or the finished product. Emily and the Rockwood team are a pleasure to work with, they put in the effort to make sure you are taken care of, the finished product is solid, useful and looks great. I am very happy that I chose Rockwood Kitchens to help with my new kitchen. My designer, Brenna Forsythe, came up with a plan that included all I had asked for plus some things that I hadn't thought of that are now my favorite features. The cabinetry is high quality and the employees that I met were all very professional. I can recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Despite COVID-19, Emily from Rockwood Kitchens worked with me to get my small condo kitchen renovation completed in March 2021. Emily and the whole team were great - from design and selection of materials to measurements, installation, and final touchups. She and the team were professional, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. I faced a number of challenges and they assisted throughout. One of the best customer service experiences I have had. Though it's a small space, the whole kitchen now looks modern, bright, and clean. I have already received a lot of compliments and have already referred Rockwood to friends.
