They were available. came at a time that was convenient for me, and did so with minimal notice. They were incredibly friendly and the carpets look amazing (like new). They took extra care to make sure the carpet was spotless and gave problem areas the attention needed. Most carpet cleaners push dirt down, but their machines pull it up. The carpets looked fairly clean before, so I was astonished to see how much hidden dirt was removed. I feel so much better knowing that the carpet is truly clean, especially since I have a young child who plays on the floor.

The online booking and texting opportunities were appreciated; saved me time and effort! Customer service reps and technicians were professional, respectful, diligent and happy to provide detailed explanations of the flooring services offered and performed. I am very impressed with OXI FRESH's deep cleaning methods. Although I am embarrassed to admit it, our floors have been restored back to their original color! The super fast drying is amazing. I was a bit apprehensive to use Oxi Fresh because I’d never heard of them but the company I have used in the past couldn’t come for several days and I have guests coming. The other company had a five hour window in which they’d arrive. Oxi Fresh scheduled my appointment for 12pm. At 12pm, the tech, Edgar, pulled into my driveway. Awesome! He came to the door and introduced himself. I showed him the areas that needed cleaned. He got his supplies and got to work. He pretreated all the stains before he started cleaning, which I loved. The unit he used was incredibly quiet. Edgar was polite, friendly and professional. He took his time and did a great job. I definitely feel like I got a good value. Added bonus...it dries much faster than any carpet cleaning I’ve ever had before. Oxi Fresh just gained a loyal customer in me.
