Everyone who works here is kind, compassionate, and helpful. When I broke my glasses I was very upset, but the way I was treated by everyone and how efficiently they worked to correct my issue was a treat. If in need of anything optical, I know where I will return to!

I highly recommend A.A.Jones. There customer service is exceptional, and there prices are good (previously I had avoided them thinking they were a high end boutique, well out of my price range, not so, if you're on a tight budget, still give them a try). I'm on a government disability pension, they welcomed my business and took care of all the paperwork, saving me a significant amount, in the end probably the cheapest pair of glasses I've purchased. Without a doubt the best experience I've had getting glasses. You should definitely try them out, you'll be glad you did.

I would definitely suggest A.A. Jones Optical as the best solution for all your Optical needs be it any repairs or for new ones . The repair work was done professionally . I am glad I visited them . They will be my family opticians henceforth . The price they charged me was reasonable.

i have been going to AA Jones for over 10years and have found them to be old fachion in customer service but very modern in eye wear. Their very customer oriented and know what their doing. I,m diabetic and have been also going to see their optomatrist and have been very happy with him as well.
