Dr. Brian Hughsam is an awesome family dentist! He got me over my lifelong fear of dentists. He is very patient, kind and gentle and HONEST. I've come to trust in his diagnosis as being bang on correct. Also, I've had several needles given by him and they DID NOT hurt!! Unheard of!The office staff is very nice, patient and accommodating, too.Thanks for being so caring and thorough.

My family has been coming here for more than 20 years; Congratulations to Dr. Dennis Kwan and his team to carry on Dr. Hughsam legacy.Had a cleaning done last week and hygienist Veronica told me, what I was doing, her attention to my dental details was truthful; then advised me on What I Should Be doing to keep my present teeth and to promote a healthy oral environment so as to prevent any decay and unhealthy gum issues.Suggested to brush my teeth after every meal and also for a longer period of time. Flossing is essential and necessary.Dr Moi checked after cleaning and further explained Veronica suggestions.Dr Moi and Veronica are not just professionals, they display patient, polite and calmness in their presentation and explanation of what need to be done.All those suggestions from Dr Moi and hygienist Veronica display their true intentions and reflections of a team that care for their patients.We are indeed happy and will tell all of our friends to call upon their services.Great ethics prevail at all times.Keep up the Good Work

All the staff are very friendly, caring and efficient! Dr. Kwan is very professional, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. I also really appreciate that Dr. Kwan took the time to explain things to me in a way that is easy to understand whenever I had any questions. I've been to this clinic since I moved to Scarborough 20+ years ago. Dr. Ng is absolutely fantastic and has been the most empathetic to my parents. My dad has displayed early signs of dementia and Dr. Ng has done everything in her power to help and take care of him whenever he visits. As his primary caretaker I've been very exhausted with his situation and she has always been sympathetic and as helpful as she can. I do miss having Sylvia as my dental hygienist though, she was absolutely fantastic and it's a shame that the new ownership has not include her in the current roster. Still, I'd recommend this clinic to anyone as they truly take care of you and yours, and all the receptionists are really great with patients as well.

I went to this dental clinic to get my teeth cleaned. I usually have Dr Dennis do it and he does a good job. He was busy so I had another dentist clean for me. While they were cleaning my teeth I suddenly felt a very painful sensation in my mouth that's not close to my teeth. I let the dentist know and he said because my teeth was dirty. It hurts to move my tongue so I checked in the mirror when I got home. I discover a hole no where near my teeth. Clearly the dentist messed up and blamed me and didn't want to admit his MISTAKE. Now it hurts to just swallow saliva. Just upset that he didn't admit his mistake and if he at least said sorry I wouldn't feel as upset. Overall, receptionist was really nice and I would just ask for Dr Dennis from now on.

This is theeeee most Amazing clinic in toronto east!!!. The owner reinvented a modern new look. The dentists here are really caring. They really take the time to explain the questions you have. Oh and the receptionists here are also extra nice and patient with everyone. It is a busy clinic but they provide the best customer service and trust you'll ever ask for.
