Fort Royal Pharmacy

I had a great experience at the Fort Royal Pharmacy. Amanda, the pharmacist, is so kind and will go out of her way to ensure my needs as a patient are met. She even helped save some money. The rest of the pharmacy and clinic staff are all amazing as well! I definitely recommend this pharmacy!

The best pharmacy staff in Victoria! They are amazingly kind and friendly. We always feel like they really care about our family and make sure we are feeling supported! If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Lied and tried to say they contacted me for my package and didn’t have a way to get into my building to leave the package. This was after I’d already been there to pick up my item after they wrote the wrong date on the first slip they left. Lost the fry pan that I ordered through Amazon for Father’s Day. Never again. Don’t ever use this place for purolator packages — it’s a disorganized mess.EDIT: Wow, what professional customer service! Although I’m not even surprised given my previous experience. Even if you are not responsible for the delivery of packages as you claim, I was most certainly told by an employee working the day I arrived for pickup that another person working there had written the wrong date on the delivery slip by accident. Also, I never said the delivery attempt was on Father’s Day, I said the fry pan I ordered was for Father’s Day. I stand by my previous review and will let your response to it speak for itself I guess.

Reviewing on behalf of my mom Vi, who doesn't do computers. I am very happy with services received from Fort Royal Pharmacy. Kelsey delivers in a timely fashion always double checking to ensure I receive the right drugs. The pharmacist is always professional and willing to answer any questions I have. I have been a customer for years and have never had any issues or complaints.

I never write reviews but my experience with Dr. Koseff and the Fort Royal staff has been nothing but amazing! Truly wonderful people and service, 10/10 would recommend.

I have been using this pharmacy for a year now and have received nothing but excellent service. The delivery lady is wonderful! I can email them when I need a refill filled. I don't have a family doctor yet (mine retired), so the pharmacy connected me with a telephone service with a doctor. That appointment was a fabulous experience. The appointment wait time was nil and the doctor was even on time. It was a great service the pharmacy has provided.. especially for those of us who don't have a doctor. I totally recommend Fort Royal Pharmacy.

Speedy service. Really easy to use if need a simple refill! Called 40 minutes early too. Doctor very friendly to easy to understand.

A wonderful Pharmacy with wonderful staff! They're always quick with my prescriptions and offer great advice and prices. They've saved me lots of money over the years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Vik is a fantastic owner too and always has his patients best interests in mind. Thank you Fort Royal!!!!

Best service I have ever had at a pharmacy.I called to get refills for my heart meds but I had ran out of refills. The pharmacist had a doctor call in within 5min and Shazam, I had a full set of refills and they were ready for pickup within an hour!It would be a better world if other services were that amazing.
