They find back up care when a provider is out sick or otherwise, and they offer such unwavering support to parents which, when it comes to your kids, is so important. Lana in particular takes great pride and care in her work, and it is very evident that her heart is truly in her line of work. She cares greatly about the kids, the parents, and it's so compassionate and understanding when it comes to varying parental and family dynamics.Having Lana's support coupled with the way LSSFC conducts their business has provided us with so much confidence and trust in the agency to always do what they do best, provide exceptional child care.
